Castleberry Vacation Packages

We booked Thursday the day after they opened after the cleanup from the hurricane 2 weeks prior in the hotel was great however when we put on the shower brown Water came through which meant we could not take a shower that night or the next day but it was understandable since they had just opened the rest of the hotel was fantastic

Staff was awful. I paid for 3 rooms, arrived well after check-in, and my rooms were not ready. 30 minutes later I’m told my rooms are ready. 2 rooms were, however the 3rd room was occupied. My teenage daughters walked in on a man coming out of the shower and 2 kiddos were also running around the room nude. I requested a refund immediately and was told i had to wait until Monday and speak with the manager.

We had an infestation of ants all over the apartment. We had them in the bed on the coach in the kitchen crawling all over the floor. We had to go and buy some mop cleaner to try to get them out of the kitchen. The property was pretty but the actually air b n b was a night mare. We got bitten by ants.
