Gallina, a rustic chalet situated above Sarigo, offers the perfect holiday rental for those seeking a serene retreat. Nestled on a quiet slope 2.5 km from Castelveccana's center, this property boasts a fenced, terraced garden spanning 1,000 m2, complete with a lush lawn and trees. While its location is secluded, it is conveniently 3.5 km from the lake and accessible via a narrow 750m motor access road. The property provides roofed parking for up to 4 cars and essential amenities such as a yard, internet WiFi, and parking.  
  
Outdoors  
The private, fenced property encompasses 1,000 m2 of terraced garden, adorned with a lush lawn and trees, offering a serene outdoor haven for your holiday rental. Embrace the tranquility of this secluded retreat while still being within a short distance from the lake and nearby attractions.  
  
Other Information  
Please note that part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The keys will be handed over by the Holiday Rentals agency in Porto Valtravaglia. It is advisable to have a car as the access road is narrow, measuring only 200 cm wide and 2m high in certain places, making it unsuitable for vans and campers.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a spacious 5-room chalet that covers an area of 140 square meters and is spread across two levels. The chalet has a west-facing position, providing a picturesque view. The living/dining room is large and features an open-hearth fireplace, a dining nook, and satellite TV, allowing you to enjoy cozy evenings during your vacation. Additionally, there is an exit leading to the terrace, where you can relax and take in the surroundings.  
  
Amenities Included  
The chalet is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. It has a small kitchen with essential appliances such as a hot plate, an oven, a dishwasher, three gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. You will also have access to a washing machine, a children's high chair, and a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, making it convenient for families with young children. Additionally, the chalet offers gas heating (available for an extra charge) from October 15th to April 15th.  
  
Other Information  
The chalet has a total of four double bedrooms, providing ample space for a group of up to eight people. Two of the double bedrooms are located on the main level, while the remaining two are situated on the lower ground floor, accessible via a spiral staircase. There are two shower/WC facilities, one on each level, and an additional separate WC for added convenience. The chalet also features a terrace with outdoor furniture, allowing you to enjoy the stunning panoramic view of the lake. Internet access is available through free WiFi, ensuring connectivity during your stay.
