The high-quality furnishings and the fine materials used will captivate you, wrapping you in the full comfort of the modern Alpine style. The property consists of two double bedrooms with separable beds, two bathrooms equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and bidet, a bright living room with a kitchenette and single sofa bed, and a balcony overlooking the surrounding mountains. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, dishes, and cutlery. You will have a lovely balcony at your disposal, so you can enjoy your vacation in the Dolomites outdoors as well. The apartment is located on the second floor, also accessible by elevator. Free Wi-Fi, linens, and towels are provided. The location is strategic for visiting Val Gardena and all the surrounding areas, as the bus stop is located right in front of the house. With it, you can comfortably reach the center of Ortisei in a few minutes, alternatively, you can also enjoy a relaxing 20-minute walk approximately. There you will also find the first shops, supermarkets, and other relevant services. In winter, the free ski bus, which stops in front of the house, will allow you to reach the Ortisei Dolomiti Superski facilities in a few minutes. In summer, the first trails start right behind the house, and with free public transport, you can also reach other hiking destinations. For the delight of families with children, you will find two public playgrounds and a riding school within 200 meters from the house. Please note that pets are NOT allowed. The same building houses the namesake restaurant / pizzeria, also built in 2023, which boasts a quality kitchen, delicious breakfasts, and the opportunity to relax with a drink. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply. Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed. The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc...
