On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen and two single beds; in an adjoining room there is a fifth single bed, table to eat inside and the spiral staircase to go up to the second floor. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom where there is also a third single bed, a toilet and a terrace. The terrace with a magnificent view of the valley is equipped for relaxation (armchairs and parasol). The portico is shared with three other apartments and equipped with a private table for outdoor dining. The house is located in the hills, swimming pool and barbecue available. Free Wifi. Guests have access to a swimming pool (c. To 5 meters for 10) with solarium, barbecue and some games for adults and children (table football and ping pong, slide and swing). The terrace with a magnificent view of the valley is equipped for relaxation (armchairs and parasol). The Fattoria Cristina is located in Marciano, a small and quiet village of Castelnuovo Magra, La Spezia. It is thirty minutes from the ferry or train to reach the Cinque Terre, thirty minutes from Versilia, Lerici and Portovenere. Forty minutes from Pisa and Lucca. Florence and Genoa can be reached within an hour and a half. The house is in full countryside and enjoys an exceptional panoramic view. The Fattoria Cristina is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature, but not far from sites of great scenic, historical and cultural interest. To reach the house you need a private car, we are located about halfway from the exits of the Sarzana and Carrara motorway (15 km including 4 km of hilly road). Restaurants and supermarkets are 6 km away in the village of Castelnuovo Magra and can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car Guests have access to a swimming pool (c. To 5 meters for 10) with solarium, barbecue and some games for adults and children (table football and ping pong, slide and swing). You can use the wifi for free. From the house it is possible to leave for excursions on foot in the surrounding countryside. We personally welcome guests and we are available for suggestions regarding local attractions, restaurants, initiatives in the surrounding areas, the best wineries to visit. The Fattoria Cristina is located in the countryside, here you will rediscover the contact with nature, we own a dog, a cat and a pony and your pets are welcome! Possibility to provide equipment for small children such as a cot, baby bath, changing table, high chair, etc. The charm of this place is that being five kilometers from the nearest village is completely surrounded by greenery, on a hill with a wonderful view that allows you to enjoy the nature and relaxation needed in every holiday. The Aurelia is only ten minutes by car and allows you to reach a number of attractions such as the Cinque Terre, Lerici, Portovenere, the villages on the surrounding hills, Sarzana, La Versilia, the Alps, Pisa, Lucca, Florence, etc .. . in a short time. Oct 1, 2017 #### Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht Schöne Lage, tolle Aussicht. Jedoch sind die Straßen, die zur Wohnung führen zum Teil in miserablem Zustand. Im Slalom um die Schlaglöcher und sehr langsam kann man Schäden aber vermeiden. Die Wohnung fanden wir schön, besonders die Terasse. Der Pool ist recht groß und tief, perfekt zum Abkühlen. Das Familienleben mit Kind, Hund, Katzen, Hühnern und kleinem Pony ist schön mit zu erleben. Die Tiere sind friedlich. Cristinas Mutter spricht Deutsch und hat uns bezüglich der Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gut beraten. Sep 21, 2017 #### Mäuse in der Wohnung Die Wohnung war an sich sauber und sehr nett eingerichtet. Allerdings leben dort Mäuse im Dachstuhl und in der Wand hinter dem Kühlschrank. Der Weg zu der Ferienwohnung war für uns sehr schockierend, denn er gleicht mit all den Schlaglöchern und Höhenunterschieden eher einem Off-Road Pfad. Von der Vermieterin selbst haben wir wenig gesehen. Jun 23, 2017 #### Wunderbare Erholung in der Natur Der Weg zu Christina ist leider etwas beschwerlich aber er lohnt sich. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Jegliche Gebrauchsgegenstände waren vorhanden. Teilweise sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Ein Pool, traumhaft gelegen, mit Fernsicht. Um einen herum nur Natur. Aug 20, 2015 #### Perfekt atmosfære og ophold Det var et helt perfekt ophold hos Cristina, Giuseppe e Marta. Den første tanke var at vejen dertil var frygtelig, hvilket fik os til at tænke at det sikkert var et lige så frygteligt sted der ventede os på toppen af bjerget. Men tværdigmod, så kom vi til en perfekt villa, med den dejligste beliggenhed/udsigt og smukke ny istandsatte lejligheder, samt en god pool. Vi blev godt modtaget af Christina, som også gav os ideer til udflugter m.m. Vi følte os med det samme hjemme hos familien, som altid var til rådighed, hvis vi havde brug for det. Kommer gerne igen, også selv om vejen op af bjerget var en udfordring, som vi dog vennede os til som dagene gik - det tog os ca. 20 min til nærmeste strande. ##### Kim M. L'Accueil et la gentillesse de Cristina et Guiseppe et bébé Martha est excellent, leur discrétion et leur disponibilité également. L'appartement est très pratique, propre et charmant, avec une vue à vous couper le souffle !!! La piscine divine ! Bref le paradis, tranquille en pleine nature mais non loin de la plage et de la foule, pour se reposer en famille, entre amis, et même en amoureux... La situation est parfaite pour visiter de nombreux sites et Cristina nous a bien conseillé "Les 5 terres, Pise, Lucca, Luni, Florence ..... L'accès à l'autoroute est proche et facile. Les spécialités culinaires sont exquises et nombreuses, ainsi que les bons vins merci pour les recettes à nos formidables voisins ;) Alors n'hésitez plus !!! De woning voldoet aan alle beschrijvingen, de woning(en) zijn compleet netjes en schoon ingericht. Alles is aanwezig voor een fijne vakantie. Heerlijk balkon met een grote parasol, en op de benedenverdieping een mooi plek om in de schaduw te zitten. Het uitzicht is prachtig!! En de rust die er heerst is zeer prettig, en niet te vergeten een heerlijk groot zwembad. De eigenaresse is zeer gast vrij!!! en erg behulpzaam, en spreekt goed Engels. De weg er heen heeft veel bochten en het laatste stukje is onverhard, even wennen maar als je het een paar keer hebt gereden is het vrij gemakkelijk. In de omgeving mooi dorpen met voldoende restaurants en activiteiten, de eigenaresse kan je een aantal mooi en goede tips geven. Naar de kust is het ongeveer 25min. rijden. Nous avons eu un accueil 5 étoiles tout en gentillesse et discrétion.Il y a beaucoup de choses à voir dans la région et je vous conseille de louer les draps et serviettes:les lits étaient faits à notre arrivée tardive: quel bonheur !!!! ##### philippe l.
