C'est très tranquille mais à deux minutes du tram qui nous amène directement dans le centre historique, Piazza Venezia. La terrasse est charmante et le salon et la salle à manger sont très bien aménagés. Nous y avons passé de belles soirées lorsque le temps était plus frais (séjour fin avril). La chambre et le lit sont très confortables. À cause de ça, problème de buée dans toutes les fenêtres, et extrêmement froid la nuit. Obligé de laisser la thermopompe fonctionner pendant toute la nuit pour éviter de geler. Check-in seulement à partir de 14:00, malgré qu’on était arrivé à 13:45\. Finalement, à 14:00, on avait 5 personnes/familles avant nous, et cela a pris 45 minutes avant qu’on puisse finalement faire notre check-in. Seulement 2 employés pour faire le check-in à 14:00 quand il y a environ 30-40 personnes qui attendent. 4 comptoirs de check-in sont disponibles, donc il devrait y avoir 4 employés à 14:00 quand le check-in commence, et non seulement 2\. Sinon, le site est très bien! Très tranquille, restaurant et petit marché sur place. Il y a un supermarket de l’autre côté de la route! Arrêt d’autobus à 1 minute à pieds, gare de train (ligne de train régional FL5) à 12-15 minutes à pieds. Malgré tout, une super expérience!" Adrianna told me to leave. As a paying customer making a legitimate request, this behavior was shocking and unprofessional.
