Charming renovated single-storey villa with mooring, private pool and views of Empuriabrava’s main canal  
Located on the sought-after main canal of Empuriabrava, this renovated villa combines modernity, comfort and a relaxed atmosphere with unique views of the water. With a living area of 130 m² and a spacious 220 m² terrace with private pool, it offers the perfect setting for enjoying a peaceful and welcoming holiday.  
The property features a bright living room with air conditioning that opens onto a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room located in the tower, an intimate and charming space to share family meals. The villa offers four bedrooms: two doubles with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning, a third with a double bed and air conditioning, and a fourth with a sofa bed for one person, also air-conditioned. Two of these bedrooms have direct access to the terrace and pool, creating a very pleasant connection with the outdoors. In addition, the villa has two fully equipped bathrooms with showers, practical and comfortable.  
From the glazed dining room, you step out into the exterior, the heart of the house. The terrace offers different spaces designed for relaxation and enjoyment: next to the private pool there are comfortable sun loungers and two parasols that provide shade during the warmest hours; nearby, a chill-out area with sofa and table invites you to unwind in a tranquil atmosphere, always with open views of the main canal as a backdrop.  
Beyond the pool, a small step leads directly to the private 12.5-metre mooring, ideal for boating enthusiasts wishing to discover Empuriabrava from the water.  
With its combination of comfortable indoor spaces and outdoor areas designed for maximum enjoyment, this villa is the perfect choice for those seeking privacy, comfort and an unforgettable experience on the Costa Brava.  
Bed linen is not included in the price but can be rented for €15 per person (sheets) or €25 per person (sheets and towels). Groups of young people and pets are not accepted, and guests are kindly asked to respect the neighbours’ rest.
