Upon entering the property, the first thing you notice is the garden with natural grass, the saltwater pool of about 5 x 9 m, and the parking area. Outside there is also a large porch with a table for six people, a chill-out area ideal for relaxing, a built-in barbecue, and six sun loungers to enjoy the sun. For those who prefer shade, the garden also has a parasol. Inside, the ground floor features a living room with two sofas and a TV, and a modern fully equipped open-plan kitchen with an integrated table and six stools. On this floor there is also a bathroom with a spacious shower, sink, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms (1 of 150 x 200 and 2 of 160 x 200). Two of them have access to a large terrace. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and one also has a TV. On this floor, there is also another bathroom with a bathtub and sink. The villa is not rented to groups of young people, but small pets are welcome with a €50 supplement – a great advantage for those travelling with pets. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented for €25 per person.
