You can expect a spacious and bright 8-room house with a cozy and simple furnishing style. The property spans across three levels, offering a living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed, a dining table, and a TV. This room provides access to the garden and patio. Additionally, there is a room with a single bed and a double bed, complete with electric heating and air conditioning, leading to the garden. Another large room features two double sofa beds, a shower/bidet/WC, electric heating, and air conditioning, providing access to the garden and loggia.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property boasts various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. It features an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove, four gas rings, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower/bidet/WC on the main level. The upper floor includes a living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed, open-hearth fireplace, dining table, and TV, leading to the garden, balcony, and terrace. This level also has a double bedroom and a room with a single bed and a double bed. Additionally, there is a large, open kitchen with a mini-oven, oven, dishwasher, gas stove, and four gas rings, accompanied by a dining table and access to the garden and terrace. The second upper floor offers a large room with sloping ceilings, three single beds, a double bed, two sleeping facilities, electric heating, and air conditioning. Furthermore, there is a balcony measuring 8 square meters, a large terrace spanning 40 square meters, and a large patio.
