Each apartment has its own entrance and kitchen, ensuring comfortable and independent living. You can enjoy amenities like a Swimming Pool, Yard, Internet Wifi, and Parking during your vacation rental at Podere Gioia.

Nestled amidst lush green trees, Podere Gioia offers a serene and peaceful location away from the city hustle. The property features a private garden with a gorgeous swimming pool (140-200 cm depth), available seasonally from April 24 to October 16. Garden furniture and a barbecue area allow you to relish outdoor meals in the tranquil surroundings.

The ground floor has been tastefully renovated and features a cozy living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and satellite TV, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful outdoors through the exit to the garden. Additionally, the ground floor includes two double bedrooms, each with an exit to the garden, and a kitchenette equipped with 4 hot plates, a mini-oven, and an electric coffee machine, along with 4 modern and stylishly designed showers/bidet/WC.  
  
The upper floor consists of two more bedrooms, one large double bedroom and one additional double bedroom, along with a shower/WC and a shower/bidet/WC. You can relish the stunning views from the large terrace, overlooking the beautiful garden.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa boasts all the modern amenities and facilities that you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. These include internet (WiFi, extra), terrace furniture, and a barbecue. The villa is also pet-friendly, allowing you to bring two pets/dogs during your stay. Additionally, it features a washing machine, a fireplace, heat availability, and a television.

This semi-detached 9-room farmhouse offers an impressive 267 m2 of living space, ensuring ample room for your family or group during your vacation.
