Surrounded by meadows, fields, and vineyards, the property comprises a main house and an outbuilding just 1 km from the center of Castellina in Chianti. Enjoy the convenience of a swimming pool, Internet WiFi, and parking on-site.  
  
Outdoors  
Immerse yourself in the natural splendor of this private property. Relax by the seasonal swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, available from May 15th to October 15th), complete with an outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue area. The pool maintenance is taken care of by the owner/gardener. Embrace the tranquil surroundings and explore the walking paths just 200 m away from the house.

Please note that the property features a 300 m long, very bumpy, and narrow motor access road. Parking is available on-site. Amenities such as shops, groceries, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, bakeries, and a pedestrian zone are conveniently located within 1 km of the property. The bus stop "SR 222" is 500 m away, while the railway station "Castellina Scalo" is 11 km from the house. Baby equipment is included, and groups of teenagers are welcome upon request.

You will have a spacious and renovated 10-room cottage with tasteful and cozy furnishings, spanning across 180 square meters on two levels. The main level features an open living/dining room with a dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), another living room with a dining table, two double bedrooms, an open living/dining room with a dining table and kitchen corner, and a room with two beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, eight gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. There are also two showers/WC on this level. The upper floor boasts two double bedrooms, each with its own shower/WC, one double bedroom, and one small double bedroom with sloping ceilings and no wardrobe, along with two additional showers/WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
The cottage features gas heating and natural stone floors, providing a comfortable country house-style ambiance. You will have access to three terraces and a patio, complete with terrace furniture and deck chairs, offering a breathtaking view of the countryside and Castellina in Chianti. Facilities include a children's high chair for up to 2-year-olds, a hair dryer, and free WiFi internet. Reserved parking is available at the house, and please note that it is a non-smoking property. Additionally, there are no internal connecting doors between the separated properties.

The property is designed for your vacation accommodation and features a private pool for your exclusive use. The maximum capacity of the cottage is 14 guests, with seven bedrooms and six bathrooms.
