Cerretino is a cozy, rustic country house surrounded by fields and vineyards in Castellina In Chianti, Italy. The property comprises three houses in a residence, situated just 1 km from the center of Castellina in Chianti, in a sunny position, 200 m from the forest edge, and amidst the countryside.

The property boasts a shared natural state area, a swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15th May - 15th October), an outdoor shower, patio, terrace, and garden furniture. The pool maintenance is handled by the owner or gardener. Access to the house is via a 300 m long, very bumpy, and narrow motor road, with parking available at the house.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in the "Oliveto" 4-room semi-detached house which covers an area of 107 square meters spread over two levels. The spacious and renovated house features tasteful and cozy furnishings. On the ground floor, there is an open large entrance hall, an open living/dining room with a flat-screen TV, one double bedroom, and an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower room with a bidet and toilet on this level. The upper floor consists of one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room featuring a bidet and toilet, another double bedroom, and an additional shower room with a bidet and toilet.  
  
Amenities Included  
The house is equipped with gas heating and natural stone floors, providing a comfortable country house-style ambiance. Outside, there is a terrace, patio, terrace furniture, a barbecue area, and deck chairs. You can enjoy a very beautiful panoramic view of the countryside and Castellina in Chianti from the property. Additional facilities include a children's high chair, a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, a hair dryer, and free Wi-Fi internet access. Reserved parking is available at the house.
