Je ne peux pas évaluer cet hôtel qui avait fait du surbooking et qui m’a finalement hébergé avec ma famille au Casafrassi dans une chambre de qualité très inférieure à celle réservée au Collelungo sur hotels.com. Apres de tres nombreux appels téléphoniques et beaucoup de contrariétés qui ont gâché une grande partie de la soirée j’ai obtenu de la part du Collelungo un dédommagement de 60€ que je considère un minimum mais qui ne compense pas les inconvénients que j’ai subis car il m’avait d’abord été promis un remboursement intégral. Je garde donc un mauvais souvenir en général de cette expérience tant en ce qui concerne le Collelungo que pour ce qui est de hôtels.com

Davvero dispiaciuti che abbia deciso di fare una recensione così pessima senza minimamente considerare tutto quello che abbiamo fatto per Lei. è giusto che le persone sappiano che la sua prenotazione è arrivata alle 8.30 del mattino per la sera stessa e nel giro di due ore ci eravamo già attivati per risolvere il problema dell'overbooking assolutamente involontario e che sfortunatamente raramente può capitare nelle strutture ricettive. Ascoltando i suoi desideri siamo riusciti ad alloggiarla in un hotel 4 stelle con le caratteristiche da Lei specificateci: vicino a Siena, con piscina, in campagna, figli in camera con Lei. Essendo stata la zona fully booked in quel periodo siamo stati anche bravi a trovarle un posto che rispettasse le sue esigenze per l'alloggio di una notte soltanto di passaggio. Ed è scorretto scrivere che le abbiamo reso 60€ !!! Lei è stato COMPLETAMENTE RIMBORSATO di tutto quanto pagato a noi. Non abbiamo ricevuto un centesimo e ci abbiamo rimesso parecchio con le commissioni che cmq abbiamo pagato a hotels.com è stato sicuramente un errore del nostro sistema, ci siamo scusati durante tutto quel week end con Lei e ora ci duole davvero vedere che ci sono persone che non capiscono e apprezzano il lavoro degli altri. Peccato!

Very Nice property
Very Nice property in a beautiful place, with wonderful views on the vinyard. Nice swimming pool and friendly host. Everything was perfect, except no air conditioning.

Un cadre idyllique et un accueil chaleureux !
Fabiola nous a accueilli très chaleureusement dans son agriturismo qui est une oasis au milieu des vignes et cyprès. Un paysage à couper le souffle, des chambres confortables (meme les moins chères). Pas usine pour un sou, il y règne une ambiance familiale ou les guests se croisent au detour de la piscine, du repas hebdomadaire délicieux et fait maison permettant de goûter les très bons vins du vignoble. Silence absolu, repos total dans un cadre superbe font de ce lieu une étape recommandée (si vous acceptez de salir un peu votre voiture dans un chemin de forêt caillouteux où vous rencontrerez peut être sangliers et cerfs). Bon plan !

The Collelungo is several sized apartments in one farm house . The room we had was clean and well maintained. The pool area was nice but small but I was ok with this as we were the only people at the pool. Castellina in Chianti is about a 10 minute drive but a must see little town. David on the Rock🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦

Pésimo. No me podían cobrar y no me dejaban ir. 2 horas esperando . Quería pagar en dólares porque ellos no podían cobrar con tarjeta y tampoco me dejaban pagar. Me hicieron pasar un muy mal momento.

II'm sorry for the inconvenience of the payment the country of castellina in Chianti and the whole area has been isolated for two days due to a stong storm lack of electricity internet and telephone line. we could not make payment by card but we accepted dollars as you wanted.I hope everything else was to your liking.In the hope of being able to host you in a better moment,i cordially greet you.Collelungo staff.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. They helped us book a private wine tasting that was amazing. The Breakfast was 10 euros per person optional and a wonderful buffet. Everything was very clean and our apartment was beautiful with a private outdoor area, fire place with wood provided. Parking was limited but free. We loved out stay.

Collelungo was the best part of our trip to Italy. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday away from the crowds, this should be your choice. On a secluded hill with wineyard views, this place is amazing! The owner showed great hospitality and we felt like home. Our only regret is not booking more than 2 nights in this beautiful place!

Beautiful & very peaceful place
Beautiful area! Clean, comfortable, and spacious! For the restaurants, and supermarket , is 10 minutes drive away in town. You better get ready with your food shopping before arrival if you would like to have and make your own breakfast/dinner, otherwise you can have very a light (continental) breakfast 10 euro for person . It is nice to go around the town itself to shop for food, or eat in the restaurant

Exceeded my expectations, the photos don’t do this place justice. Fabiola was a fantastic host and helped us with local eats and tours. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Lovely atmoshere
Enjoyed our stay at Collelungo (third visit over 18 years) as much as the first time. It was very quiet when we visited and at times had the pool all to ourselves, sheer luxury! Great place to unwind and great location for exploring Tuscany

Beautiful peaceful location! Only drawback is dirt road to come in and out but even that was not that bad. Only 10 min drive to town for dinner or groceries.

Ett fantastiskt boende mitt ute på landet. En vingård där du bodde i små lägenheter. Eftersom vi endast bodde en natt, beställde vi frukost som var lite dyr i förhållande till vad vi fick. Fabiola som skötte om servicen var fantastisk.

Splendida location, ampiamente consigliato!
Abbiamo fatto un viaggio nella regione del Chianti, visitando anche le città di Volterra, San Gimignano e Siena. La collocazione dell'hotel si è rilevata un'ottimo punto strategico per poter raggiungere tutte le destinazioni da noi scelte per il viaggio. La camera, composta da soggiorno e cucina, camera da letto e servizi era confortevole e molto pulita, la location è immersa nel verde delle vigne e nel silenzio, la proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile.

Great views from hotel room and good service. It is located towards the top of the cliff, so if you're coming from the water by ferry and have luggage, make sure you get someone to help you with baggage - it's a lot of stairs.

Aflapende og roligt
Vi havde tre fantastiske overnatninger her. Perfekt stop til afslapning. God service. Vi troede vi havde bestilt en lejlighed med egen Teresse/balkon, men fik en lejlighed på 1. sal uden dette. Da vi forklarede dette til personalet fik vi båret stole og bord om til en lille have på bagsiden af huset. Det var rigtigt dejligt trods ekstra besvær med at slæbe tingene frem og tilbage fra lejligheden om om til haven.

Stille og rolig sted mellom vinrankene
Collelungo er IKKE et vanlig hotell. Det er en vingård midt blant druerankene, to store murbygninger med komfortable leiligheter i forskjellige størrelser. Alle leilighetene har tilgang til egen sitteplass ute, felles svømmebasseng, fellesrom med TV og "bibliotek", samt en liten bar med selvbetjening. Du må kjøre en smal og tidvis svært ujevn grusvei ned fra hovedveien før du finner frem, og på turen ned begynner du nok å lure på om du har kjørt riktig. Når du først kommer på plass - vel mottatt av stedets fantastiske vertinne Fabiola - blir du raskt slått av stillheten og de vakre omgivelsene. På åssiden mot vest ser du Castellina in Chianti, ellers er gården omgitt av jorder og skogkledde åser. Dette er IKKE et sted for festing! Collelungo er balsam for slitne kropper og sjeler, enten du bare slapper av ved bassenget, eller går en tur rundt be bratte jordene. Ikke ta med barn eller ungdommer hit, de vil sannsynligvis kjede seg. Ulemper? Vel, resepsjonen er ikke døgnbetjent. Dessuten må du nok ha bil, og du må være forberedt på humpete vei. Det er gratis WiFi, men veggene er så tykke i de gamle husene at signalet ikke når frem til alle leilighetene. Til gjengjeld vitner gjesteboken om besøkende fra hele verden som stortrives, og gjerne kommer tilbake - noen mange ganger!
