This cosy flat with independent entrance features a stone façade in typical Tuscan style and an outdoor area where you can enjoy moments of serenity, enjoy breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset under the shade of the trees.   
The flat is equipped with all the necessary comforts for your stay such as air conditioning, wifi internet and smart TV. The interior is comfortable and inviting, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The flat is developed entirely on the ground floor and inside you will be greeted by a bright entrance hall. The main room is an open space, furnished in modern style, where you will find the kitchen-living room.   
The kitchen is equipped with an elegant induction hob and well-equipped, there is also a dishwasher. The living room is furnished with a sofa, the perfect place to relax in front of the TV after a day of hiking.   
There is also a storage room, available for conveniently storing your personal belongings.   
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, which are well furnished and offer comfort and privacy. The bathroom present is large and equipped with a shower.  
  
Attached separate from the main building you will find the washing machine.
