Possibilita di usare la lavandera, vompresa nel prezzo, incluso saponi e altro. Posto panoramico, e parcheggio interno con cancello elettrico con telecomando. Assolutamente consigliato. Il proprietario Lorenzo una persona accogliente e disponibile. »

« Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geräumig und hatte eine riesige Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Der Strand war direkt vor der Haustür und sehr schön. Auch der Vermieter war nett und freundlich. Das Bad könnte mal renoviert werden. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. »

« The place was great. Amazing .. very open. Spacious. I can not say anything negative. The village house is in a side street. Very very very quiet. The a/c worked well. It was extremely hot. There was amazing cave restaurant across the street. Comunications wirh the owner was great. This is a modern way to stay in a real Italian village. The area is amazing. And thank you for the 2 big things that you did. Maybe I will stay here again in the future. I am thinking about coming back. »

« Nice apartment - maybe a 5-minute walk from town. Our communication problem was the result of us having to book it that morning and some ongoing telephone issues we had our entire trip. Once we hooked up with the managers who live in the building, everything was great. The apartment was clean, well designed and modern. Parking was available just outside the apartment on the street. Overall, I would recommend the property to someone looking for a smaller town to hang out in. »

"Je ne m’attendais pas du tout à avoir la chambre 19, celle du bas, chambre aménagée pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Déçu car je m’attendais à la chambre avec mezzanine comme sur les photos… chambre encore un peu poussiéreuse, sombre manque de luminosité… Ce qui a sauvé la mise, c’est le tte bon accueil du personnel et la vue panoramique au 2ème étage."

"Endroit idéal pour les grandes familles. Nous avons occupé chaque suite. Chacun des membres de la famille élargie avait ses quartiers privés (avec cuisinettes) et nous avons beaucoup profité des lieux communs qui sont parfaits. Les suites sont simples, propres et les lits - et la literie - sont de qualité et confortables. Le bâtiment commun peut accommoder de grands groupes (pour les repas et 'get-together') avec une cuisine industrielle et la piscine est énorme, bien entretenue, avec vue sur la mer. Grand patio et beaucoup d'espace extérieure avec activités offertes pour tous. Plusieurs épiceries et restaurants a proximité et nous avons profité du service de chef a quelques reprises. Excluant le site de Petrantica, il y a quelques endroits superbes a visiter autour (Ragusa et Modica notamment) ainsi que de belles plages a proximité, des vignobles, etc. mais je dois dire que j'ai trouvé cette région de la Sicile sale, délabré et sec. Il y a malheureusement des déchets partout le long des routes et de nombreux sites, serres et bâtiments sont littéralement abandonnés. C'est très malheureux... mais ça n'enlève rien au plaisir que nous avons eu en famille à Petrantica."
