The Country house is composed by a trullo with “lamia” and alcove. Downstairs there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, kitchen with oven and refrigerator, parlour with fireplace, computer with internet connection, TV flat screen, stereo (with ipod connection) with sound spreading in the pool area.Second double bedroom ( that can become a twin bedroom) upstairs. Outdoors kitchen and shower. 500 square meters garden, ornamental plants, gazebo with dinner table and forms, gazebo with big divan and cushions for total relax, deckchairs, sunshade parasol. Small gazebo with dinner table close to the pool. Parking area shared with the owner. The airconditioning is available only in the bedroom on the upper level. Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks. The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to take advantage of it, we will send you instructions for access to the property and we will meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 is €100.00\. The outdoor space is huge, with plenty of seating areas - the cushioned canopy area was wonderful for shade and relaxing - and a fantastic outdoor kitchen and bbq which we used every night. Views look straight out onto rustic farmland, olive groves and the old, rustling trees around the house make the property especially magical. Not too good for bad hayfever sufferers, and a bit of noise from tractors, but wonderful to look onto. The house itself is small and cosy, and is cool; perfect for hot days when you can spend most of the time outside. Though watch your head on the low arches! Vous avez l'impression de vous retrouver dans un magazine de décoration, tout est pensé pour que l'harmonie règne. Le trullo n'est certes pas spacieux mais il est typique des constructions traditionnelles. Bon point, climatisation dans la chambre du haut, appréciable car il fait très chaud l"été. Tout est très propre, le ménage est fait une fois par semaine. A l'extérieur, luxe calme et volupté ! Superbe piscine, gazebo avec coussins moelleux, c'est juste magnifique. Elle est parfaite pour se relaxer au bord de la piscine et dans le jardin. Dormir dans le trullo c'est une expérience unique ; confortable et frais sans climatisation. Arriver est très facile parce que le personnel de Trulli & Dimore vous attendra à un lieu de rencontre près de la villa et vous irez ensemble. Pendant le séjour ils ont été très disponibles et gentilles. Le dernier jour nous avons réservés un dîner avec un chef privé organisé de l'agence. Especially the garden with his ornamental plants and flowers, the shady seating areas (for instance the gazebo with the big divan and cushions and the gazebos with the dining tables), the swimming pool and the outdoor kitchen are perfect. We loved and enjoyed all these facilities. Also the cleaning of the house and the swimming pool are/were perfect. The only thing we didn’t like was the almost constantly presence of our neighbours. It is not because of the neighbours themselves, but more the fact that we had the feeling that there were always people around the Trullo and that’s why we missed “the feel free” feeling. We had also the bad luck, that our neighbours/owners had something to celebrate with a dinner party, once in the first week and once in the second week. For us these parties were unpleasant and disturbing. On our holiday, we like to be on ourselves and our privacy is very important. We are always looking for places/houses with a lot of privacy. And we thought, that we should have this privacy in Trullo La Dimore di Genna. We didn’t realize that we shouldn’t be alone in this Trullo because in the information on your site, the presence of neighbours/owners is not mentioned. The house is small, but with all the outside space it is perfectly big enough for a small family like us. The house was immaculate and well equipped and the pool & gardens very well maintained. A car is essential as the location is rural and not within walking distance of any shops/restaurants etc. The house is in the midst of cherry orchards and olive groves - the countryside is stunning with an abundance of wildflowers. Especially the garden with the pool and the various tables and relaxing areas is just great. We also loved the "out-door kitchen" a lot and used it nearly every day. For 2 people the house is comfortable - with a rainy day and 4 people it would possibly be quite tight. We have picked a very nice time with the harvest of the cherry trees all around the villa.
