Property Summary  
Villa "La Vela" is a vacation rental property composed of a main house and an outbuilding, located in the hamlet of Scopello, 10 km from the center of Castellammare Del Golfo, Italy. It enjoys a quiet and sunny position in a residential area surrounded by villas. The property boasts a private 1,000 m2 fenced area with a seasonal swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, available from April 1 to October 31), an unconventional pool shape, a terrace, garden furniture, a barbecue area, and pool maintenance provided by the owner or gardener. Parking is available on the premises, and amenities like Internet WiFi, a yard, and a swimming pool are offered.  
  
Outdoors  
The property features a private 1,000 m2 fenced area with a seasonal swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, available from April 1 to October 31), an unconventional pool shape, a terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue area. Pool maintenance is provided by the owner or gardener.  
  
Other Information  
Heating is available only from December 1 to March 31. A car is recommended for your stay at this vacation rental.

Amenities like a grocery store (1 km), a supermarket (1 km), a restaurant (1 km), and a bar (1 km) are within close proximity.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 6-room villa with a total area of 150 square meters. The comfortable and tasteful furnishings include a living/dining room with a sofa bed and satellite TV (flat screen), as well as an exit to the terrace. There is one double bedroom with a shower/bidet/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. Another room has two beds, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The third room has two beds and a fan, while the fourth room has one bed and a fan. The fifth room is a double bedroom with a shower/bidet/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, also with an exit to the terrace. The small kitchen is equipped with four hot plates, an oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, and it has an exit to the terrace as well.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation. It features air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, and satellite TV. Heating is available from December 1st to March 31st, although it may not be available in all rooms. Additionally, you will have access to a large, roofed terrace measuring 25 square meters, complete with terrace furniture, barbecue facilities, and deck chairs, offering a view of the swimming pool and garden.  
  
Other Information  
The villa is equipped with various facilities to enhance your stay, including an iron, a children's high chair, a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds (available at an extra cost), and a hair dryer. Free WiFi internet access is provided, and there is reserved parking available for up to 3 cars. Please note that one of the double bedrooms is located outside the main apartment, without an internal connecting door between the separated properties. In the case of bookings for 8 people, the annex will not be available for guests. When the maximum number of guests is not reached, the annex will not be accessible for use during your vacation.
