Villa Aura Scopello (Cin: IT081005C2GJZ2E62B) is a brand new construction from 2024, built in the most prestigious tourist area of ​​Western Sicily, Scopello, with its ancient village and its Tonnara and its famous Faraglioni, settings of many films and TV series and also a short distance from the Zingaro Nature Reserve and Guidaloca Beach.  
Some restaurants, a supermarket and a bar can be reached on foot.  
This tourist area is located in the Municipality of Castellammare del Golfo, 50 minutes from the airports of Palermo and Trapani.  
A few kilometers by car we find the archaeological park of Segesta with its Greek Temple and Amphitheater, the Segestane Baths, natural spas of sulphurous water, with an adjacent structure equipped with a thermal water pool and its wellness path.  
But you can also go freely without paying in the natural area where the thermal water flows.  
Still a short distance away we find the beaches of Castellammare del Golfo and Alcamo Marina, 10 km. of beach with fine golden sand with equipped beaches or free beach.  
The city of Alcamo with its path of the Churches and its good DOC wine "Bianco Alcamo", the Natural reserve of Monte Bonifato.  
But an hour's drive away we find the great city of Palermo with its wonders, the cathedral of Monreale, the Mangiapane Cave of Custonaci, the Castle of Erice, Trapani, Marsala and Selinunte.  
Villa Aura Scopello has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (of which 2 bathrooms inside 2 bedrooms) with 8 beds, a kitchen living room, with an ancient stone floor, a large corner sofa in the living room and an outdoor veranda with a BBQ area.  
The villa has a large parking lot inside the property, where there is a cover for shelter from the sun for parking 2 cars.  
The villa has a 2,500 square meter garden and is equipped with an infinity pool 10 x 5 x 1.5 meters deep, with a large solarium equipped with sun loungers, garden table and chairs and a shower.  
From the villa you can enjoy the sea view of the entire Gulf.  
Privacy is guaranteed by the great distance from the other villas and access from a private road not open to the public.  
It is not possible to connect to recharge Electric or Plug-in Cars to the power sockets of the villa.  
Animals are not allowed.  
Events with invitations from people external to the reservation are not permitted.  
If you want to host a friend or relative in the villa during your stay, even without an overnight stay and only during the day, you must first ask the owners for authorization and if this is granted, you will be asked to pay a supplement of € 35 per person for each day even of partial duration.  
It is not possible to smoke inside the house, but only in the large outdoor spaces.  
Check-in is at 5:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM.  
Different times, if available, must be agreed upon in advance with the owners.

Beautiful large villa surrounded by stunning landscape and nature near Scopello village.The owners were very friendly and helpful since the first day. I stayed 10 days with friends and we loved every moment of it . Thanks a lot and I will recommend and reconsider this property again.
