Villa "Nicole con Dependance" is a vacation rental property composed of the main house and an outbuilding, situated 6 km from the center of Castellammare Del Golfo, Italy. It offers a private 1,200 square meter property with a seasonal swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 - 250 cm, available from April 1 to October 31), an outdoor shower, garden furniture, a barbecue area, and on-site parking. The property also provides internet WiFi access.

The property boasts a private yard spanning 1,200 square meters, complete with a seasonal swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 meters and a depth ranging from 150 to 250 cm, available from April 1 to October 31. You will be staying in a comfortable and tastefully furnished 5-room villa spanning 110 square meters. The living/dining area features an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV with a flat screen, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. This area leads out to a large, roofed patio measuring 30 square meters. The villa comprises two double bedrooms, each equipped with a fan, as well as one room with a single bed and a fan. Additionally, there is a double bedroom with a shower/WC, satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning, and forced-air heating.

The villa is well-appointed with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. The kitchenette is equipped with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Other amenities include a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot (suitable for up to 2-year-olds, additional charge may apply), and a hair dryer. Complimentary WiFi internet access is provided, and there is reserved parking for two cars. Outdoor amenities include a barbecue and deck chairs, offering a perfect setting to relax and enjoy the view of the swimming pool.

The heating system is available only from December 1st to March 31st, and it may not be operational in all rooms. It is important to note that when there are fewer guests staying at the property than the maximum capacity, the annex will not be accessible for use. The maximum capacity of the villa is seven guests, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The property offers a comfortable and well-equipped environment for your vacation, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable stay.
