The family's beach house remains, with 3 residential units, but the pleasure of welcoming makes it open to guests at certain times of the year. At 20 meters from the white beach, but also from the rocks, Villa Leucotea has a parking space in the garden, light modern furniture, with blue and green touches, garden with very relaxing green corners, covered outside, for lunch or sunbathing in total relaxation on relaxing chairs, and enjoying a reserved outdoor hot shower. Small lawn, fresh corners at any time of day or night. The house is cool, and faces two sides. Each guest will find "his corner"! On the ground floor living room kitchen with dining table and sofa bed for two, 1 bathroom with shower. On the first floor 1 double bedroom with terrace, 1 double bedroom with balcony and an extra single bed. 1 bathroom with shower. San Marco di Castellabate is strategically located for HISTORICAL TOURS (Paestum, Velia, Pompei ...) SURROUNDINGS (Amalfi Coast, Capri, Acciaroli, Palinuro ...) GASTRONOMIC (Cilento is full of excellent gastronomic destinations and traditional taverns, with excellent typical products. Easily available fresh fish and restaurants that cook it, even 20 meters from home. In town excellent takeaway gastronomy) NATURALISTIC (Licosa island, emerald cave, natural arch) SPORTS (walks, diving with specialized local centers, sport fishing) and SHOPPING (local, artisanal or Outlet at 30 km). We offer our guests at home the possibility of dinner served in the garden with the Chef, or traditional cooking school, vegetable carving lessons, and also gastronomic excursions in search of Slow Food Presidia: all to be booked within 10 days before. The most beautiful holiday however is to take advantage of the sea a stone's throw away, the eggplant parmigiana and the fresh fish 2 minutes away, the shower at home in the garden. And a good read in the shade of the pine tree! I myself go to the sea on foot, even barefoot, directly in the water! The walks on foot to Santa Maria by sea and to Punta Licosa along the nature trail are not to be missed. In the village excellent spa with thalassospa, hairdressers, beauty centers and shopping. At the port you can rent boats with daily rates. In short, there is something to get tired or to relax! The property is however fond of waiting for e-mail contacts for any other request that can be satisfied! Well-kept and clean house very close to the beach. You could go out of the gate for a swim in bathing suit and return for a warm shower in the garden in minutes. Restaurants can be reached on foot. Quiet neighborhood except maybe for one or two dogs the barking of which was sometimes a nuisance. The house is a vacation place for the owners‘ family, so we were alone for the entire period. Nevertheless we were warmly welcomed and seen off the last day by Patrizia, a family member who lives at Salerno. She could always be contacted by Whatsapp. Thank you very much, Patrizia, for the marvellous experience. ##### Christof P.
