This magnificent villa in the exclusive urbanization of S'Agaró Vell is the perfect destination for an unforgettable holiday with family and friends. Located in a quiet and safe area, just 100 meters from the beach and the picturesque Camino de Ronda, Villa Calypso offers you an ideal combination of comfort and privacy to spend holidays with family and friends. Calypso has on the first floor a large living room with windows and access to the Garden, a dining room for 8 people, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, 1 full bathroom with shower and 1 double bedroom with a double bed. On the second floor, there are 3 double rooms, 1 room with a double bed and 2 rooms with 2 single beds each. 3 full bathrooms and a large terrace with views. (All rooms on the second floor have air conditioning.) In the garden you can enjoy a large terrace with sun loungers and parasols and views of the garden, the pool and a barbecue. It has a private garage with parking for 2 cars.
