In the house: lift. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 500 m, shopping centre, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach "Sa Conca" 600 m. Sports harbour 300 m, golf course (18 hole) 6 km, riding stable 8 km. Nearby attractions: Psrque Acuatico 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
