Property Summary  
La Vecchia Pieve is a beautifully renovated, semi-detached country house with three stories, situated in a quiet and sunny position atop a hill in the countryside of Castelfiorentino, Italy. It boasts a well-kept terraced garden with wildlife and flowers, a terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue area. The property offers amenities such as a swimming pool, yard, internet WiFi, and parking facilities, ensuring a comfortable vacation rental experience.  
  
Outdoors  
The property offers a shared 15,000 square meter garden, meticulously landscaped with plants and flowers, and an inviting seasonal swimming pool (4 x 14 meters, depth 120 - 180 cm) available from March 27th to October 23rd. Guests can enjoy outdoor leisure activities like table tennis, sunbathing on the terrace, al fresco dining with garden furniture, and grilling on the barbecue. Additionally, there's a slide and swing for children's entertainment.  
  
Other Information  
The complex provides shared laundry facilities (washing machine, extra charge) and heating available from November 1st to March 29th. Parking and a carport are available on-site. For your convenience, shops are located 3 km away, a supermarket is 2.5 km away, and a restaurant is 3 km from the property. The owner resides on the same premises. Please note that for security purposes, there are cameras recording any movement between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM.

There is also a shower and toilet on this level. The upper floor features a spacious living and dining area with a double sofa bed, an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, and a DVD player. The open kitchen is equipped with 4 hot plates, a dishwasher, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. This level also has another shower and toilet. The second upper floor has an open gallery with sloping ceilings and a double bed.  
  
Amenities Included  
The cottage offers a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. You can enjoy alfresco dining or barbecuing on the large terrace, which also offers marvelous panoramic views of the countryside. The terrace is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating. For your convenience, the property is equipped with a safe, iron, and a children's high chair. Wi-Fi internet access is provided free of charge. Additionally, there is a gallery with a wardrobe for ample storage space.

The cottage boasts a comfortable and beautiful interior design, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere for your vacation.
