Recently restored stone farmhouse 10 km from Montalcino, surrounded by nature and medieval villages, with full privacy, garden, and panoramic pool. The owner produces olive oil and Montecucco wine and, on request, offers wine tastings, cellar visits, and traditional dinners. The cottage has a bright living–dining area with sofa, satellite TV, and kitchenette, three double bedrooms (one convertible to singles), each with ensuite shower, and a covered patio with garden furniture and grill. The first-floor house has a fully equipped kitchen (4-gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, moka, blender, mixer, espresso and American coffee machines), living–dining area with fireplace and sofas, two double bedrooms (one convertible to singles), two triple bedrooms (double + single), and four ensuite bathrooms. Additional amenities: parking, garden furniture, barbecue, air conditioning, satellite TV, 2 washing machines. Bed linen and towels included. °Swimming pool is open from 18/04 to 24/10: exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.
