5 Beds, Second Floor and Private Garden the house consists of:  
2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, two bathrooms, large living room, large eat-in kitchen.  
  
The apartment in total is 135sqm equipped with every comfort: TV, refrigerator, oven, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and wifi.  
  
The property is completed with a private uncovered parking space and is 500 meters from the railway station, 1km from the Cavallino Matto amusement park and the Lo Sperone riding school.  
  
The beach can be reached by bicycle, by car or by shuttle services every 30 minutes.  
  
They are easily reachable by car: Castagneto Carducci in 10 minutes, Bolgheri in 10 minutes, the Terme di Sassetta in 30 minutes, Populonia and barters in 30 minutes.  
It is 26km from the motorway and 80km from Pisa airport

Ho soggiornato, l'ultima settimana di luglio, con amici, in questa proprietà. La signora Marina è una persona gentilissima e molto disponibile. La casa è come nelle foto, super pulita. L'unico problema riscontrato all'inizio è quello dell'acqua calda per farsi la doccia..e la mancanza della lavastoviglie (come invece è scritto sul sito che c'è). Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole.
