We learned the first evening the front door and deck door could not be locked which made us very nervous. So, when we left for the day it was open and all night. There were several lights that didn’t work and thankfully we didn’t need to do laundry because the laundry room was a mess….sheets everywhere! The kitchen was empty…no condiments or coffee. We wanted to cook a dinner but didn’t want to have to buy all the spices and condiments needed then pack them and take them home. It was very quiet and a nice area close to hiking. The backyard was fenced which was great for our dog. It’s nice house, just needs some upgrades. Overall, we had a nice, relaxing trip. ##### mary c. Dorie, the property manager, was excellent at communicating with us and we got very quick responses with any questions. The house, which is a separate property from the main house, was huge and had lovely rooms, a great view of the Casper Mountains, and the grounds were gorgeous!! A pond to walk around, a waterfall on the property with a creek running into the pond, several sculptures on the grounds and flowers. Gorgeous! We were there for a family wedding and had plenty of room to host a small dinner with a some family members the night after the wedding. Plenty of room inside and outside on the patio for gathering.
