Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your time one to remember. The property is only a 2 min drive to the river and 10 min from the Grey Reef Dam. You might want to state that somewhere. However, it was wonderful. Large open space for kids to play and so cool when we got back from the lake. Fire pit seating was nice in the evenings when it cooled down. CONS - When we arrived we found this rental was located in a basement and in a shared building with other tenants staying directly above. Which was NEVER listed in the description The day we arrived our check in was supposed to be at 3:00pm (as stated in the listing) but, the housekeeper did not finish until almost 4:00pm, so we had to leave until it was finished. After we came back we started to get settled in and found the sectional couch in horrible condition to the point you’re so sunken in and can feel the wood through the cushions, we had no idea what stain was on the recliner, so we weren’t able to sit in it as it was pretty disgusting. The queen beds are so uncomfortable and feel like they are going to break anytime you move, there is no laundry soap for the laundry room, you can tell the Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash has not been changed out in a very long time, so it’s probably best to bring your own.
