Traumhafter Sommerurlaub

Wir sind als Familie verreist und hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Ferienwohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, hat eine private Terasse mit tollem Ausblick in die Landschaft. Darüber hinaus findet man im Garten weitere Sitzecken und immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Sehr schön ist auch der Pool, der abends noch beleuchtet ist. Die Lage ist perfekt, um viele schöne Orte in der Toskana zu besuchen. Hervorheben möchten wir die Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit von Vittorio und seiner gesamten Familie. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Insgesamt 100% empfehlenswert.

Toller Urlaub

Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen. Die Lage ist klasse, in der Nähe der schönsten Orte in der Toscana. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Der Pool ist groß und da er nur für die Gäste der zwei Appartements zur Verfügung steht, auch immer frei. Der Ausblick auf die Landschaft von der Terasse aus, ist einzigartig. Vittorio, unser Vermieter, ist unfassbar freundlich und großzügig. Wir wurden sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Sicherlich werden wir noch einmal wiederkommen.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Es gab zwar einige Moskitos daher würde wir das nächste mal ein Moskitonetz für die Betten empfehlen mitzunehmen. Ansonsten war der Pool sehr schön. Was vielleicht nicht ganz raus kommt in der Anzeige ist, dass es ein Gemeinschaftspool ist den man sich mit einem weiteren Ferienhaushaushalt teilt. Aber das ist kein Problem wir haben uns sehr gut arrangiert und verstanden mit den Nabchbarn und Vermieter. Wie in anderen Bewertungen ist Vittorio & Co. sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. der Pool ist an der tiefsten Stelle 1.60m tief und vorne sehr flach für kleinere Kinder. Abends leuchtet er schön in beliebigen Farben. Der Ort hat einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen der etwas teuer ist ansonsten sind größere Läden in 15min Auto entfernung erreichbar 1min zu Fuß ist ein Bolzplatz und 8min Fußweg ein Spielplatz und Tankstelle. Pisa. Florenz und Siena warn gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Vielen Dank es war alles sehr schön gewesen.

Volltreffer- ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!

Wir haben als fünfköpfige Familie knapp zwei Wochen in der Villa Vale bei Vitorrio verbracht und hatten eine wirklich grandiose Zeit! Die Ferienwohnung inkl. Terasse, Garten und Pool war sehr gepflegt. Der Pool wurde von unseren Kindern sehr genossen und intensiv genutzt. Das Highlight aber war der Gastgeber selbst. Ein herzlicher Mensch, der sich zu jeder Zeit rührend kümmerte und alles dafür gegeben hat, dass man eine zauberhafte, entspannte Zeit verbringen kann. Wir werden Vitorrio und die Villa Vale sehr vermissen. grazie mille vitorrio per questa vacanza indimenticabile

Wunderbarer Urlaub in der Toskana

Wir haben als fünfköpfige Familie eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, in der Küche findet man alles, was man für das Frühstück oder das Abendessen benötigt. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, man findet überall ein (schattiges) Plätzchen zum Entspannen. Der Blick über die Olivenhaine und das Tal ist ein Traum. Der Pool nebst Liegen und Sitzecke ist herrlich und alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man die Toskana bestens erkunden und in 10-15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in dem süßen alten Dorf, in dem auch einige nette Bars und Restaurants sind. Das Beste ist aber die Gastfreundlichkeit von Vittorio und seiner Familie, die eine wunderbar entspannte Atmosphäre zaubern und einem, sofern erwünscht, unaufdringlich mit tollen Ausflugstipps helfen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

....hier stimmt einfach alles!!!

Wir haben eine tolle Woche hier verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und Details, wie der Espressokocher, Deckenventilatoren, Mückenschutzgitter und das Tiefkühlfach fürs Eis sind nur einige kleine Details. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr freundlich und steht gerne mit Tipps für Ausflüge mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Der Pool ist gepflegt und unsere Kids haben ihn sehr genossen. Auch schön ist die fußläufig erreichbare quierlige Innenstadt mit zahlreichen Restaurants, einer Gelateria und dem typischen Toskanafeeling. Ein überaus gelungener Aufenthalt!!! Die Vorbewertungen sind komplett gerechtfertigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Entspannung pur

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht exakt den Angaben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die gastgebende Familie kümmert sich wirklich rührend um alle Bedürfnisse, die geäußert werden. Die Lage ist, wer Ruhe sucht, ideal. Man hat seinen eigenen Garten, Zugang zu einem kleinen Pool, in dem man sich jederzeit erfrischen kann. Alle nötigen Besorgungen können bei einem kleinen genossenschaftlich betriebenen Supermarkt getätigt werden. Wir werden in jedem Fall wieder kommen. Das sagt alles!

Erholsame Tage in der Toskana

Das Objekt liegt toll gelegen in den Hügeln der Toskana. Florenz, Sienna, San Gimigliano usw. sind alle innerhalb 1h mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr herzlicher Mensch, der wirklich alles gibt, damit man sich wohlfühlt. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Pool, den unsere zwei Jungs auch ausgiebig genutzt haben.

Traumhafte Lage, nette Vermieter

Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft und vom Pool und der Terrasse hat man einen winderschönen Ausblick in die Landschaft. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet. Vittorio und seine Familie sind immer hilfsbereit und geben gerne Tioos. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderbare Lage, wunderbarer Pool und wunderbarer Gastgeber

Nicht jedes Jahr nach Fuerteventura.... bitte nicht Fliegen! Das waren die Wünsche meiner Familie und wir konnten uns im Endeffekt zwischen Kroatien und Italien entscheiden... es wurde die Toskana. Zwischen Florenz und Siena gelegen haben wir dann ein Haus mit Pool und viel Platz für die Kinder gefunden! Der Erstkontakt war sehr unproblematisch und sehr nett! Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir vom Pool begeistert, welcher super groß und mit einem Zaun umgeben war. Eine Dusche und einige Liegen sind auch vorhanden und alles ist neu und sehr gepflegt! Die Wohnung war sauber und die Betten echt gut! Die Küche ist groß genug und die Spülmaschine habe ich gar nicht vermisst... weil meine Frau das immer übernommen hat. :) Der Vermieter ist sehr sehr herzlich und hat immer Zeit für ein nettes Gespräch und es gibt Wein und Olivenöl aus eigener Herstellung... einfach genial! Es gibt Parkplätze und direkt einen Fussballplatz um die Ecke... unsere Jungs hatten den Pool für sich alleine, er ist aber auch groß genug, dass sich mehrere Personen darin aufhalten können. Der Aufenthalt war einfach klasse und wir vermissen die Aussicht, den Pool und natürlich Vittorio (den Vermieter)!

Traumhaft schön.

Für uns als 4 köpfige Familie war es wunderschön. Eine wahnsinns Aussicht, traumhafte, saubere Pool Anlage mit Liegen. Sehr netter und zuvorkommend Mieter. Die Fewo war in top Zustand. Selbst unsere beiden Jungs (18 und 15 Jahre) waren begeistert. Leider waren wir viel zu wenig in der Fewo und am Pool, weil wir ständig in der tollen Umgebung unterwegs waren. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder vorbei. Danke Vittorio.

Entspannung pur. Tolle aufmerksame Gastgeber.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Toskana und ist optimal ausgestattet. Tolle Terrasse, schöner Ausblick und Garten. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Wer er braucht: Das Internet ist schnell. Das ist nützlich, da nur italienische Fernsehsender empfangbar sind. Insgesamt eine der besten Ferienwohnungen, die wir bisher hatten. In jedem Fall werden wir noch einmal wiederkommen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.

Best land lord ever! Vittario!

We – family with two kids (7 and 9 years old) – are so grateful for the time we spend in the beautyful „Villa Vale“. The flat itself offers everything we needed. Especially the kitchen is well equipped with e.g. gas oven, sandwich maker, spices, olive oil. We loved to wake up in this beautyful place as birds are singing in the morning and the breakfast outside on the veranda was the perfect start into the day. We want to emphasize that especially Vittario was such a wonderful land lord and we personally felt very welcome. He brought tomatos of his garden, Limoncello of his own lemons, olive oil, wine. The pool was really nice, deep enough to dive. Beside the flat itself a smaller supermarket is reachable by foot. Nice towns like San Gimignano, Siena, Monteriggioni, Volterra are easily reachable by car. In a nutshell: It was a perfect time we spent in Casole d’Elsa and we look forward to one day come back again! We got know the best land lord ever and left as friends!

Perfekter Urlaub

Sehr gepflegte, sehr saubere, liebevoll dekorierte Wohnung mit perfekter Ausstattung. Informationen zur Umgebung und auch Literatur in verschiedenen Sprachen sind ebenso vorhanden. Der Garten und der Pool sind optimal um zu genießen und zu entspannen. Bei Fragen kann man sich sehr gerne an den Vermieter wenden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Erholung pur

Das Haus mit der Terrasse , dem Pool und der tollen Aussicht ist ein absoluter Volltreffer. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sauber, in der Küche gibt es die komplette Ausstattung (außer einem Geschirrspüler und einem Kaffeefilter) die Matratzen sind für unseren Geschmack etwas zu weich. Die Vermieter-Familie wohnt nebenan und kommt hin und wieder auf einen Plausch vorbei, was immer sehr nett war. Wir fühlten uns willkommen und einfach sehr wohl und würden am liebsten sofort wieder zurück!! :)

Benvenuti in Paradiso!!!

Le immagini ci avevano già anticipato quelli che avremmo potuto trovare , relax, natura, accompagnati da una splendida veduta , ma non vi sono foto che possono raccontare la splendida accoglienza di Vittorio e della sua famiglia Unica !!! Sempre disponibili e gentili hanno reso uniche un soggiorno già indimenticabile . Cigliegina poi la splendida piscina che ti accompagna nelle calde ma ventilate giornate ad ammirare il paesaggio . Strategica più la posizione ad un passo da tutto Volterra, San Giminiano, Siena , Firenze , la splendida valle d'Orcia Torneremo sicuramente

Wahnsinnig nette Vermieter

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist phänomenal mit Blick ins Tal und auf andere Orte. Der Pool ist toll (Infinitypool). Alles unglaublich sauber! Essen im Ort ist preisgünstig, Supermarkt 300 Meter entfernt. Zentrale Lage zwischen Siena und Florenz. Kompliment an den Vermieter, sehr bemüht und unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend! Hat uns sogar mit Wein versorgt! Alles in allem ein gelungener und entspannter Urlaub! Nur zu empfehlen!!!

So soll Urlaub sein

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geräumig, modern eingerichtet und wirklich komplett ausgestattet. Die umliegenden Dörfer sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants waren mit dem Auto bzw. zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieter waren ausgesprochen nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und während des Aufenthalts sehr zuvorkommend behandelt. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen daher auf alle Fälle wieder. Mille Grazie!

Marvelous house with a great host

We (family with 2 older children) had a great time in Casole d’ Elsa. The house itself is spacious, very clean and with all the necessities you need. On the terrace you can relax and enjoy the stunning view of the Tuscan hills. The pool is very nice. It’s a short walk to the beautiful and lively village. On top of this Vittorio and his family were very welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Their hospitality is heartwarming.
