« We love our stay at Welkam. The room was nice and spacious, the style was a cozy mix of modern and old. The bathroom was very nice with a great shower, and the included breakfast was a nice spread of meats, cheeses, boiled eggs, and sweet bread that hit the spot before leaving. Great value, overall! »

« The pension is located in a residential area of Poprad, a bit far from historical center, but there are some restaurants around. There was nobody to welcome me but I received all the necessary instructions to get to the room. Internet was sometimes slow and unreliable. Disappointing point was that the pension was not so quiet: dogs in the neighborhood barking until late in the evening and we hear very well when other guests are using water. »

« Quel accueil! Nous n'étions pas sitôt arrivés que notre hôte nous ouvrait la porte et nous présentait les lieux. Le logis,tout simple, était propre et confortable. Nous avons bien dormi. À heure convenue, notre charmant hôte nous a servi un déjeuner savoureux et copieux, à un prix très abordable, tout en nous prodiguant des infos précieuses sur les attraits des environs, à savoir les différents lieux pour voir les montagnes Tatras ainsi que le charmant vieux village Spišska Sobota. »

« Flot hotel med meget venlig personel, 7 min gang (i skistøvler) til en af de skilifter. Tekøkken havde alt vi havde brug for til et par enkelte retter vi lavede. Restauranten til morgenmad og aftensmad er virkeligt godt. Men desværre er der lidt udvalg til os som spiser vegetar - der var kød også i alle eller næsten alle varme retter. Der er uforståeligt at hver morgen skal der være bacon, salami, skinke og pølser - som pålæg, i alle kolde salater og varme rette(;samt æggerette) men ikke en...

« This hotel is amazing i would really recommend it for families who love hiking in the mountains and having a perfectly relaxing spa hotel to retreat to before or after hiking. The kids room was also amazing and older kids have their own space to watch movies and play ping pong. Spa area is the main attraction of the hotel. It is absolutely stunning and in 100% spotless condition. it had 4 stunning saunas and a pool both inside and outside. Staff were newly recruited, very friendly but didn't...

"L’hôtel, vieux, n’est pas du tout au niveau des standards internationaux de 5 étoiles. On voit qu’au fil des années des rénovations ont été faites par ci ou par là, mais sans vision globale. Le résultat est très médiocre. La chambre est mal-aisante, sombre, sur le coté, ce qui la rend presque aveugle et très sombre. Le style du mobilier, vieillot, et très démodé. On dirait un fan de tunning qui a fait la deco d’un hôtel. La moquette est en imitation Burberry, les placard en imitation Louis Vuitton, c’est de très mauvais goût !! Tout est de mauvaise qualité, la salle de bain ressemble à celle d’un Mobil-home avec une cabine de douche premier prix. Les éléments utilisé on encore leur étiquette IKEA ! Le petit déjeuner est affreux. L’omelette baigne littéralement dans l’huile, j’en ai été malade. Enfin, certains membres du personnel sont imbuvables. Régulièrement sur leur téléphone portable, j’ai l’impression de les déranger. Cette hôtel fonctionne uniquement car il est l’un des seuls 5 étoiles de Zakopane, qu’il ne mérite pas ! Ils peuvent cependant salué leur photographe qui arrive, sur Instagram, à magnifier le réelle. Mais du coup quand on arrive c’est la déception !!"

"Salle de restauration bruyante (bruit des chaises sans patins insupportable) et pas très propre. Néanmoins la nourriture est correcte. Chambre vieillotte mais spacieuse, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, nécessité d’ouvrir la fenêtre pour ne pas avoir trop chaud et ventiler (odeurs). De plus la gare étant proche, cela induit donc des nuisances sonores notamment tôt le matin. Belle vue sur les montagnes, notamment pour les hauts étages. Proche des transports (trains et bus) et de la vieille ville. L’Aquapark est inclus, les piscines chauffées, mais il y a du monde car ce n’est pas exclusivement réservé pour les clients de l’hôtel."
