(1,003 reviews) We had a partial view from our balcony and it was very good. We really enjoyed the balcony. We spent most of our time by the pool. One was a regular temperature pool and the other was a heated pool. Both pools were excellent as well asthe facilities around the pool. (74 reviews) Ocean view was great! Sound of the waves were beautiful. The noise level of other things was fairly loud (neighbours, bands on the beach). Honestly with the ac on it was fine. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the maids did a great job cleaning our room each day. Buffet was hard to eat at so if you’re looking for western food, skip the all inclusive and eat out. Loved having a bus stop so close and an OXXO.
