Nestled in the mountains, this charming home offers a peaceful retreat for anyone seeking solitude and rejuvenation. With its rustic yet chic design, you\`ll feel as though you\`re living in a luxurious treehouse. Spend your days exploring Cashiers, spotting local wildlife, and breathing in the crisp mountain air. In the evenings, cozy up by the fireplace or stargaze from the hot tub on the spacious porch. When you arrive at the home you’ll be greeted with a lovely outdoor space that includes several open porches, a covered porch with comfortable seating, an incredible outdoor fire pit, a gas grill, and a hot tub that will comfortably accommodate 5-6 people. You’ll be tucked back in the trees with plenty of privacy and the ability to enjoy all that nature has to offer. Upon entering the home you’ll find a charming living room with wood-burning fireplace, large dining room table, and full kitchen. Off the kitchen is a queen bedroom, laundry room, and a bathroom with a large shower with beautiful tile work. Upstairs you’ll find a cozy loft with a king bed and designated workspace, perfect for those working remotely. The lower-level suite is accessible by going down the spiral staircase in the laundry room or through its own private entrance around the back of the house, on the exterior. You’ll find a comfortable, queen bed and an additional bathroom. This suite has it\`s very own screened in porch, large closet, mini fridge and coffee bar. If you’re looking for a private, mountain getaway with the ability to enjoy plenty of nature and wildlife, this home is for you! Longer-term stays are allowed. Please reach out to us if you\`d like to book more than 2 weeks. \- No smoking in the house. \- No parties or unexpected guests sleeping over. \- If you damage something, let us know so that we can arrange for its replacement or repair. \- Lastly, have fun and enjoy the mountains! Things to know: \- Cell service: Connecting to the house wifi for calls will be necessary. Prior to check in a rental agreement must be signed for the property management company. This house is not pet friendly. My husband and I came up for a quick New Year’s getaway with another couple and had a great time! The cabin is perfectly located in between Cashiers and Highlands. The cabin was very clean and very cozy!!! Everything was well stocked and the beds and towels were super soft and comfy! We loved that the Hot tub and fire pit were right outside the main living room. We’ve stayed at other places where you had to walk down from the house to access these amenities, so being so convenient was much appreciated. BTW…. If you go to Highlands don’t miss Ristorante Paoletti!!! Make reservations early! Delicious authentic Italian food and the service was impeccable!!! What a treat!
