"This is a great hotel on the lake at a reasonable price. Food choices are excellent. They have a live band every Wednesday night which is great. However, when we were there the band was heavy metal which I thought was unusual for a hotel on a lake-did not seem to appeal to many hotel guests, but locals came and enjoyed it. The pool is nice but is on the side of the hotel and it would be much nicer if you had a lake view from the pool."

"There aren't enough stars to rate our experience at Los Gatos! The owners were so welcoming, our room was most comfortable, and our home-cooked breakfast was absolutely delicious! I am not much of a "morning person," but it was impossible not to get swept up in the conversation that flowed around the table. Bonus points for the wide variety of homemade jams and syrup. We will definitely be back when we can stay longer!"

"Very well preserved Victorian House. Such a pleasant time we had. My brief remarks to other potential guests are: if you have severe mobility issues, potentially you want to contact the property: the upstairs rooms are accessible through, well, Victorian stairs. My very specific room (suite 2) gets some noise from the road, specially when motorcycles go by. Gets better during the night, but noticeable during the day. Remarks made, I would definitely book again."

"Send time visiting and did not dissapoint. Beautiful property. Spacious and well maintained rooms. Very clean and love the special touches. Meticulous landscaping. Love the pool service and onsite restaurants! If I were to point anything out I would say they could use an upgrade in the shower heads in the bathrooms. They were pretty subpar. I would also think they should have an area to use the lake itself. It’s strange to be on. Lake property and not be able to float or swim in it. They should use The Sagamore as a template for building amenities."

"We loved the cabin. The accommodations were perfect for our adult children, my wife and myself. Gary was very up-front with any minor inconveniences, which were really nothing at all - honestly, they were no bother whatsoever. The cabin was located high enough and far enough above and away from everything to see what we came for: the starry night sky with a bonfire and the sound of crickets and peepers. We really couldn't ask for any more.With that in mind, we were ASKED to make suggestions, and since my wife and I have been spoiled rotten with some cabins up in the Adirondacks which have been around for decades, I thought we would offer some suggestions for what to put in the empty drawers and cabinets. My wife suggested that a couple baking sheets, for things like frozen french fries or whatever, just in case other plans fall through. I noticed that the grill scrubber was pretty much worn out, so I grabbed an inexpensive grill scouring pad and left it there. We also left a roll of inexpensive aluminum foil. Otherwise, the cabin kitchen was pretty well equipped!One final note for anyone with sensitive skin: if you already have issues with this I'm sure you probably come prepared yourself, but just keep in mind that the linens were very clean - but scented with a dryer booster of some kind, I think. Not an issue for most but as I have had issues I thought I would mention it for future guests.But it was a great stay and we enjoyed it a lot. But man, what a dusty road!"

"Four of us with our two pups had an incredible stay at “No Such Place.” The location and view can’t be beat. Perfect location for our dogs to swim and beautiful view from the porch and dock to watch the sunset while sipping a glass of wine. The house was impeccably clean when we arrived. The house is well stocked for all your cooking needs. The host was very helpful with suggestions for food shopping and areas to visit and responded quickly to the few questions we had. Looking forward to our visit next year!"
