The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a TV, a fan, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in both bedrooms, a washing machine as well as beach/pool towels. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This property features a private outdoor space with a pool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace, balcony, and outdoor shower. Guests of this vacation home enjoy access to a pool (open from 9 am to 10 pm) and an outdoor shower. The property is located close to the beach, the city of Estepona, and Sabinillas, between two golf courses (both less than 500 m away). There are shopping areas for all needs 10 minutes away. Golf Finca Cortesin and Golf Dona Julia, 2 of the best golf courses can be reached within 5 minutes on foot. A parking space is available on the property, free parking is available on the street, and a parking space is available in a garage. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. Guests are asked to treat neighbors with respect and observe the quiet hours during their stay. There is NO heat at all. The homeowner did return after check in with a space heater but after the first time plugging it in the circuits popped and we lost power and subsequently each time we tried a different plug same thing happened. Turning off all the lights we tried to make dinner and the circuits blew again and we gave up.The following morning we were packed up and waiting in our car for the walk through and return of our deposit. Know that you will need to have 300 Euro cash deposit that is held until check out and walk through. The listing stated a deposit may be required and listed credit, debit or cash but only cash is an option. ##### Debbie P.
