The modern apartment offers breathtaking views of the sea that can be best enjoyed from the stylish mini-pool cum Jacuzzi or the equipped terrace with an al-fresco set up. The living room too offers a serene view of the sea. Guests have easy access to the private, outdoor pool and terrace from the room. It is furnished with a double sofa bed and a wall-mounted digital TV. The kitchenette is separate and equipped with a coffee machine, a range cooker, an electric kettle and a fridge.

The house is also well-served as the nearest restaurant, supermarket and bus stop is within easy walking distance. It is also perfect for enjoying a beach vacation. Castiglione thermal park is only 200 meters and the nearest beach “degli Inglesi” is about 800 meters away. Seafood lovers are spoilt for choice as the restaurants here serve the finest fresh fish dishes. The specialties of the Ischian cuisine and the pastiera should also be explored.   
  
Ischia is a well-known destination for taking boat trips and enjoying a vacation by the seashore. Its ethereal beauty has been the setting for many advertisements and films. Places of interest include Aragonese Castle (6.6km), La Mortella (5.9km), views from the rocky summit of Monte Epomeo (13.2km) and a few museums.   
The nearest airport is only 20 kilometers from the house.
