Cool off in the inviting seasonal swimming pool, measuring 14 x 5 meters with a depth ranging from 60 to 150 cm, available from May 1st to October 15th. Keep the little ones entertained with a dedicated children's pool, table tennis, basketball, and a playground area.

The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine, and it includes a dining table. The kitchen also has an exit pergola.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment comes with a shower room, bidet, and a toilet. It has gas heating, a partly roofed patio with terrace furniture, a safe, mosquito net, a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer. Internet access (WiFi) is provided free of charge. One pet or dog is allowed in the apartment, which has a private entrance.

The apartment is part of the "Preselle" property and offers a comfortable and modern vacation accommodation.
