Apartment offers June balcony Free satelite channel tv with coffee maker and refrigerator ,microwave ,stove ,oven and everything any kitchen needs, including all utensils,dishes, cups and glasses, all for you convenience.
The International Airport in Casablanca, 25 km away from Mohammedia .also Mohammedia close to 2big city of Morocco Casablanca and Rabat .A beautiful apartment of 80m2

Living room includes installed air conditioner with remote control, new furniture, Moroccan sofa, new glass-top center table, and Plenty of extra lighting with light covers installed. New Samsung Tv with Satellite installed for viewing pleasure.
Glass sliding doors from the living room to an outdoor balcony, with patio table and chairs, with views of the swimming pool, and surrounding areas, to enjoy morning breakfast, and coffee outdoors.
Another glass door from the patio balcony leads into the kitchen. All new Samsung appliances, washing machine, refrigerator/ freezer, microwave, stove and oven, with sink and dish holders for washed dishes.
Kitchen has plenty of cabinet space, with utensils, dishes, bowls, pots and pans for cooking,cups and glasses all included.
Outdoor activities involve swimming, soccer, and children's playground, along with a convenient food store all within the complex.
There are plenty of restaurants, outdoor cafes, fruit stands and a large supermarket(Marjean), about 5-10 minutes from apartment. McDonalds restaurant within 10 minutes, and the beaches are 5-10 minutes away. Everything is conveniently located.
There is an amusement park, water park, golf club and fitness club close by. Taxi service is available right outside the complex, if you want to travel to the city for a low fee. Buses and other transportation is available for trips.
This is a brand new unit, and one of the cleanest units availableAlso, there is a beautiful park within the complex with professional landscaping, several long park benches for quiet and enjoyable evenings, with around the clock security for complete safety.
