Norris Lakefront Condo at Deerfield Resort

Welcome to our home on Norris Lake. We are located within the Norris Lake Community of Deerfield. A gated family owned and operated Resort. Just a short drive from I-75 exit 134.
As you will notice the pictures show the lake at its lowest level of the season. Norris Lake is working lake for TVA. What I mean is that it is owned and governed by Tennessee Valley Authority. The lake has a primary purpose and that is to help cool the Nuclear Plant on the other side of Knoxville. TVA brings the water levels down in the fall and raises them in the spring along with the spring rains. You can tell by the pictures where the actual lake levels will be. I will replace these pictures when the lake is full and beautiful.
Our condo is waterfront with gorgeous views of the water and mountains of East TN. We have 3 bedrooms completely furnished with 2 full baths. The master suite has a king size bed, whirlpool tub, walk-in shower and its own glass door access to the covered deck where the views are breathtaking! Bedroom 2 has a king size bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed. All towels and linens are provided.
The condo has an open floor plan and is tastefully decorated with a flat screen TV and satellite service. We also have a stone electric fireplace for the cool fall and winter nights. We can comfortably sleep 6 but, there is a queen size inflatable bed onsite as well. Since we are a main level condo the parking is just outside the front door with only 2 steps to make. We are also equipped with a full size washer and dryer.
Now the even better part! Our deck has views that will make you want to stay forever! Since it is covered it can be enjoyed rain or shine. It has 2 four top patio tables and chairs along with a gas grill. We are facing east so the sunrises are beautiful! We are an end unit so more private than most. A very short and easy walk to the lake and covered boat slip. The slip size is 10X26. The boat slip is included in the nightly rental charge. You cannot park your trailer in the condo parking lot but, parking is available . The condo complex has its own private pool. Plenty of lounge chairs too. Our condo is directly next door to the pool and actually part of the deck overlooks it as well.
We are situated in the same cove as Deerfield Marina. If you have guests who also have their own boats there is a 12.00 launch fee. A rented slip can also be purchased from the marina. If you need to rent a boat several of the marinas do rent them. The closest one is Springs Dock and is 5 minutes away by car.
Deerfield is a complete gem on Norris Lake. The resort offers a gated entrance, a private air strip, 18 hole golf course, The Greens at Deerfield Restaurant (seasonally open), full service marina with Tiki Bar, tennis courts, a community pool, sand volleyball, children's playground and of course plenty of Deer! Just bring in your groceries and no need to leave the resort until the vacation is over!!
Our small county is growing by leaps and bounds. Once you have experienced Norris Lake you may want to come back and enjoy the other activities we have. Just minutes away is great hunting, plenty of ATV trails, Elk watching, lots of fishing, camping, hiking, and plenty of places to relax.
If you just want to get out and explore, Knoxville is 45/50 minutes away and Pigeon Forge is about 1.5 hours away.
