The sunny kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, featuring a dishwasher, gas cooking, and a breakfast-bar island. Two spacious bedrooms welcome natural light and offer practical storage with built-in wardrobes. Year-round comfort is assured with heaters and a fan.  
  
Step through to the lovely deck area, which flows naturally from the lounge - perfect for family gatherings or entertaining guests. The modern bathroom features a shower over bath, complemented by a separate toilet.
