The property sits on 3 acres off of a gravel road. There is a 750 sq ft gym. Lake Allatoona is about 1 to 2 min away. Red Top Mountain is about 5 minutes away. The Lakepoint sports complex is located about 15 min away. This property is strictly for lodging purposes only. No partying, large gatherings or heavy traffic allowed. These rules will be strictly enforced by guest being removed from the property. No exceptions. House was clean and would be an absolute 5 out of 5 if not for the furniture. The living room couch was very small like a couch for children in a play room. So uncomfortable, we chose to sit on the floor. The bedroom was no better. Had on old box spring mattress that creaked all night. Was waiting for a spring to pop out any minute. We actually left the house 2 nights early due to nothing be comfortable and just went to a hotel for the last two nights. If they would just replace the couch with something more comfortable and update the bedroom mattress, I would have absolutely given it a 5 star rating. The dogs had plenty of room to run and the apartment was comfortable for all. Thanks to Mr. Kenny for our stay. There is an awesome gym underneath the apartment to work out.
