The room, their best room, is unbelievably cramped. The toilet is in the shower and there is nowhere, other than the small windowsill, to put your suitcase and its contents. Gave me the wrong room even though I booked months in advance. Then no safe box. Then I left for a night leaving my stuff in my room which I kept and came back to my ENTIRE room and belongings being wet - had to go do laundry and buy some clothes. The walls were peeling, new mold growth, bathroom being wet, my clothes and bags being wet. They did not do anything to help and refused to refund. Avoid this place at all costs. The manager sucks and the hotel did not take responsibility for all this when neither of my 5 nights were good. I ended up leaving 2 days earlier but tried to leave even earlier but couldn't as I could not find a hotel at 1 am. I had to sleep in the lobby for a bit as my room was so wet and unlivable. Last day we were there, there was no running water either. ALSO GOT BED BUGS FROM HERE!
