It has WI-FI &Smart T.V for your training. Privileged location of the building in one of the most touristy areas of the city , 5 minutes from the beach walking and has a commercial area of many varieties from restaurants and bars to laundries and minimarkets . The space It has 1 room with full air conditioning and 2 bathrooms with balcony and equipped kitchen. Guest access the neighborhood is very small on foot they can move perfectly, if they come by car outside the building there is a very safe parking area. comfortable fully equipped studio for a comfortable stay; kitchen, private bathroom, spacious room, air conditioning, wifi and parking excellent location close to all tourist attractions, supermarkets and local shops, it is two blocks from the beach and 10 minutes from the historic center, easy access for tourist transport and local. Flexible hours for check in and check out in advance.
