### Modern and bright family-friendly 1BR apartment steps to the beach!

Located on the second floor, this modern apartment offers a view of the pool and the Laguito lake from the living room.  
  
The apartment has two double beds and a twin bed in the air conditioned bedroom. The living room has a modern L-shaped couch, two chairs and a wall-mounted quiet fan. There is high speed WiFi as well as a dedicated workspace. A full size fridge and fully-equipped kitchen are perfect for longer stays. It offers a tropical-style interior design and is well illuminated. There is a clothes line in the balcony and a low table with chairs for when you chose to enjoy the Caribbean breeze. Although could accomodate 6 guests, we recommend a maximum of 5 guests for the upmost comfort.  
  
The building is located in the same area of upscale hotels, restaurants and shops. It is just minutes away from the UNESCO-listed Walled City with colorful colonial architecture and beautiful beaches.  
  
With an administrator onsite that can help you coordinate tours and support your needs during your stay, you can get ready for a great experience in one of Colombia's most beautiful cities!
