Pas au niveau d’un 4 étoiles
Nous avons payé un supplément pour être logés à Torre del mar à la place de Casa de playa. Nous sommes partis un jour avant à cause du bruit, 2 nuits et une journée entière pour une convention. Ce fut infernal. J’aimerais etre remboursée du montant de ces 2 chambres double pour cette journée et nuit du 2 au 3/3 que nous avons passée dans un autre hôtel. Merci de bien vouloir condiderer ma demande. Meilleures salutations.

Pas très accueillant quand on est français !
Pas de navette avec l'aéroport après 21 h 30 ! petites ennuis au niveau des chambres à l'arrivée (eau froide, fermeture fenêtre), très difficile de se faire comprendre (personne ne parle le français), Tout ça est compensé par la qualité des infrastructures extérieures de bonne qualité, mais sans animation... Je n'y retournerai pas ni ne le conseillerai beaucoup trop cher pour les réelles prestations

très bien pour les familles
Hôtel tout proche de l'aéroport (5 min en voiture) donc un peu bruyant mais l'activité aérienne n'est pas très intense. Très bien pour les familles, pas mal de loisirs pour les enfants (toboggan, minigolf, activités avec animateurs, service de baby-sitting payant le soir...) A 10 min en taxi du centre historique.

We recently came 4/21/24 for my daughters birthday. Prior to our arrival I sent a message about it being her birthday and if we could do something special on the 23rd no one responded and when I arrived, no one spoke enough English to help me with this task. I have traveled a lot but there is usually atleast one person who is absolutely bi lingual at the front desk. Although people did speak a little, it wasn’t enough to accomplish this task I also thought I booked a room with a partial water view. It was a garden view. We had a cute double beds room and it was very clean. The housekeeping staff was amazing. Our room was next to the tennis court so a lot of noise for me. Also the kiddy pool was directly in front of our room. Although the property is kid friendly, the children were extremely quiet. It didn’t take away from the property at all. My struggle was the hotelI thought I was booked from the picture wasn’t where we were placed. Although it was the same property, the rooms we were placed in were like villas, not the tower. So no ocean, and most things advertised were in the other building. The pool closed super early for me, 7pm The beach closed 6 pm So being on vacation and just getting back to my room at like 4;50-530 made it impossible for us to be able to enjoy the pool area. We most ate off property but did have drinks and breakfast. Both were good. Change money at your bank at home before arrival. The staff was a solid 8-10.

The property was nice. It was great for kids to play and have a good time. The pools and playgrounds and staff that set up the games for the children were great. The restaurants breakfast was the best part of the food. The restaurants lunch and dinner were adequate. I excepted food to be more culturally appropriate but it was very Americanized. The staff at the front desk were not friendly. They tried to over charge us upon arriving. Lied to us about the costs. It was disheartening because that was the first impression we received upon arriving to Colombia it ruined the rest of our stay. If this had not been our experience I would be saying we would for sure come back but unfortunately we will not. We will be staying at another resort next time.

Highly recommended! From the moment you arrive you know you are in a excellent hotel. Very friendly staff. Food is lovely. Very nice rooms with AC . Good choice of pools . Lifeguards very attentive with the safety. My son was not feeling great when we arrived, he was seen by a nurse from the hotel. Included in the price. He soon got better after he prescribed some medication. You get fresh towels when you go down to the swimming pools, just have to return them after use. A taxi service at the front door, car always available and affordable with seat belts and AC

The rooms are a little outdated. But the property was nice and well kept. The pools were very nice, one for kids and the other for adults. The beach was gorgeous, very clean and maintained. The front desk staff was nice and friendly
