Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The staff was great. Keren was helpful and i was treated very well by all.
Our room was simple but clean and nice. The overall facilities are under construction so could improve slightly. The staff was excellent! If you’re looking for luxury go elsewhere. Otherwise this is a good choice.
This place is horrible, got lucky that i didn’t stay there more than 2 nights 1.5 days,
- the place is hot everywhere,
-they turn off the ac in your room during the nights.
- the cleanness of the place is poor, i mean very poor. There was blood/red paint on the sheets, they cleaned the room and they didn’t changed the sheets.
Staff great but the place very old even with the remodeling. Cleanness needs to improve. It’s a cheap place to stay at so you get what you paid for. I won’t come back. It was decent for the 2 nights I stayed but you can find so much better
A total mess!
Smell like mold, no towels, no sheets, tv kept cutting out, no shower door.
The place is hot and gave me the creeps. I lost my money, because I checked out the same afternoon.
Stay away!!! That thing should be the worst motel ever. THAT IS NOT A H oTEL.

Remoldinling was going on at the moment and it started early and didn’t get no sleep.
Upon checking in, we were taken to a floor that was completely under construction. I’d say the room we were put in had been completed first. From the elevator on there were electrical wires etc. we went down to ask about the start of the noise in the morning and were told they could move us the next day. The area was a construction site and should have been closed.
Upon leaving after registration I received an email that there was not going to be any hot water.
We felt there was not a sincere response to the areas of issues that were brought to their attention.
We left the next day after securing accommodations that were quiet and offered hot water. The fact they knew there was no running hot water before we registered just shows dishonesty.
Hotel was a good deal price-wise but the surrounding area was very noisy and even though the windows were always closed, they didn’t buffer anything at all. Room had a good size but was quite dirty upon arrival. It looked like some liquid spill was not cleaned on one side of the beds. Staff was friendly but no one spoke any English which made it a bit difficult (despite me speaking some Spanish). Breakfast was nice and always freshly made. It was weird though that it changed from buffet-style to made-to-order in the 5 days I stayed. I also consistently got smaller portions of foods/beverages than others. Not sure why.
This place was not at all as described. Most of the main area of the hoteal appeared to be under construction though I saw no actual construction activity the entire time I was there. THe physical envieronment was bad. My room had no windows, looked nothing like the photeos, was like a jail cell, and was like a bad renovation in the US that the landlord did himself with no construction experience. I checked out after one night and got a new hotel. When I pursued a refund the hotel told me they would ok it but that I would have to go through Travelocity. Travelocity said the hotel was unresponsive to the and charged me for the full 6 days even though I only stayed one. I will be disputing this on my credit card.
