« L’hotel est extrêmement bien située. Il est aussi jolie, mais les finitions ne sont pas bien faite. Il n’y a ni table de chevet ni frigidaire. Aussi, j’aurais aimé qu’il y ait un loquet a l'intérieur de la chambre pour plus de sécurité car je voyagais solo. Finalement, le quartier est bruyant et on entend tout ce qui se passe dehors lorsque nous sommes dans la chambre. »

« We had a wonderful stay at the Charleston ! The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old Cartagena (we had a view on the walls). We really enjoyed the warm welcome by the staff. When it comes to the room, it was so comfortable (especially the beds which were hard to leave in the morning) and really clean. The AC is a bit too noisy though, should be fixed. "Nous avons passé 4 nuits à l’hôtel avec nos deux enfants. Nous étions dans une suite. C’était vraiment mieux qu’espérer. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Nous avons apprécié la décoration et les déjeuners compris à tous les matins. La vue sur la terrasse sur le toit et magnifique et nous avons profité des piscines pour se rafraîchir avec les enfants en après-midi. Même si elles sont petites, c’était agréable. Il y a eu de la construction dans la chambre au-dessus de nous mais les bruits ont arrêté lorsque nous avons écrit à l’hôtel sur whatsapp. Je ne sais pas si c’est une coïncidence. Le bruit dans la rue n’a jamais été un désagrément majeur. Nous avons également profité d’une journée au Apple beach hôtel gratuitement étant client du Townhouse. Ce fut une journée très agréable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel pour les familles. Nous avons eu un merveilleux séjour."

"L’hotel est extrêmement bien située. Il est aussi jolie, mais les finitions ne sont pas bien faite. Il n’y a ni table de chevet ni frigidaire. Aussi, j’aurais aimé qu’il y ait un loquet a l'intérieur de la chambre pour plus de sécurité car je voyagais solo. Finalement, le quartier est bruyant et on entend tout ce qui se passe dehors lorsque nous sommes dans la chambre. "
