This tiny boutique hotel was a great place to stay while visiting Cartagena. It's inside the Old City walls but just far enough away that it was quiet at night, away from the louder restaurant and bar areas. I felt so safe walking around the area, and the staff were friendly and always there to help.

The staff was great and the location was absolutely amazing. My only issue is that I stayed in the smaller rooms on the first level and it could get quite loud at night because it was like constant music playing, and most importantly there was no stool in the room or a tall mirror there is a place on the wall that American can go in a stool or some type of chair could’ve been put under the sink in the washroom, which would’ve been so helpful for like doing hair and makeup and just checking how my clothes look before leaving without having to go into the lobby. Other than that, a beautiful boutique hotel that I would highly recommend.

The staff were friendly. The room was very rustic and basic, with minimum amemities - no hair dryer or drinking water, the latter was provided when requested. A stand for a suitcase would be handy. The room door had a gap along all sides that allowed light and sound to come through. A hook for hanging clothes in the bathroom would be handy too.

Mi estadía en el hotel fue desastrosa. Las fotos que aparecen en hoteles.com no tienen absolutamente nada que ver con la realidad. Las imágenes que yo mismo tomé —y que adjuntaré— dan muestra de ello. Es, sin duda, el hotel más ruidoso que vi en mi vida. El nivel de ruido era tal que tuve que irme antes de dormir porque resultaba insostenible permanecer allí. A esto se suma que la habitación estaba en muy malas condiciones, siendo lo más alejado a un hotel 4 estrellas que vi en mi vida. Si tuviera que calificarlo, no le daría más de 2 estrellas. Lo único positivo que puedo destacar es la excelente atención de Luis, quien me atendió por la noche y supo contenerme en un momento de mucho enojo. Él fue quien encontró una solución a mi problema. Quiero volver a resaltar su servicio ejemplar: es el tipo de empleado que cualquier hotel querría tener, porque sabe manejar el enojo de los clientes y resolver los inconvenientes de manera impecable. Exceptuando la atención de Luis, todo lo demás en el hotel fue un desastre. Jamás volveré a alojarme allí. Espero que hoteles.com me devuelva el dinero por la pésima experiencia y por haber tenido que irme a otro hotel.
