You'll start your holiday days in style with a refreshing dip in the private pool and the well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favourite breakfast. The accommodation comfortably accommodates several families or a group of friends. The villa is located on the edge of the typically Spanish village of El Agar, with several beautiful beaches about 6 km away (15 minutes away by car). In the centre you will find cosy restaurants, nice shops and supermarkets. Golfers can play a round at the nearby La Manga Golf Club. The holiday home with WiFi combines an authentic interior with luxury facilities. The private swimming pool has an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and each bedroom has its own bathroom and air conditioning. The living room has a TV with Dutch channels and a washing machine is available. San Javier Airport is 23 km away. Optional Utilities & Service Package An optional utilities and service package of EUR 280,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. We found the mattresses a bit too firm and we would have liked to do a bbq but the grill was old and crusty. The property manager told us they had to replace it and it’s a shame it wasn’t available during our stay. Maxime was great, very responsive and helpful. The villa is in an isolated area so you definitely need a car which we did so it wasn’t a problem. We would be back again in the future ##### Sabrina F. The villa itself is big and the pool is good for swimming. There is distant road noise which could be disturbing for some.
