This Forest Pines unit has been completely remodeled with a Country Contemporary feel. This unit features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. (Queen size bed in the Master bedroom, Queen size bed in the guest bedroom, and a Queen size bunk bed in the 3rd room.) The moment you walk in the front door you feel like you are at home. You are walking distance to Lakeshore Boulevard and the Hyatt Casino, and just a short drive to the Incline Village Golf Courses, Diamond Peak Ski Resort and many other activities. Location: You cannot go wrong with the location located in the heart of Incline village. Walk down to the bike path that runs along Lakeshore Blvd for miles in either direction. You can jump on your bike and head east to the Tahoe East shore trail that will take you to Sand Harbor State Beach. Or you can walk to the Hyatt, Village Green, Recreational Center, Tennis complex, Frisbee golf and bike park. SKI AREAS: Diamond Peak Ski Resort (3.9 miles), Mt. Super convenient to the beach and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. We did not use the facilities such as pool or hot tub. The laundry on site is not able to use because there was no laundry detergent. The manager told us laundry detergent is not provided, we need to get our own. I arrived at the place by 6 PM for check-in and had no email yet from property management regarding checkin code. I have called property management guys and waited for more then a hour with my KIDs in the car and finally at7:30 around I was able to enter the home. When I checked with them after right after my vacation property management didn't take any accountability and on top of that they are blaming me for not making sure that email was received from them before starting to vacation. We liked this condo. It was decorated really cute fairly modern. We had 5 adults and a 2 1/2 year old. They had toys n games for all ages, the games were a lil worn but they were great choices. It had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Only one bedroom had a TV I would suggest the master bedroom get one as well. The master bathroom was shower and was a little on the small side. Was very clean though. The bedroom with the bunk bed was very roomy and decorated cute. The second bedroom had a queen bed which was very comfy and also decorated cute! The master was down stairs which we liked. The fireplace was gas and didn’t give off too much heat, however they have a heater which worked very well! The neighborhood was quiet and clean. Rally’s n 7-11 were very close. The beach was super close. The sunsets were stunning. Our host Sue was extremely helpful and very accommodating! The property was a great layout & fit for our party of 6\. The property where this condo is located is beautiful and nicely located. My friend & I felt the beds were a bit too hard. There were only 2 fans for the upstairs bedrooms (no A/C), it would have been great to have an additional fan for the master bedroom downstairs. I was also bummed out at the number of towels we were given. One bath and one hand towel per guest. I am one to reuse my towels, but would have liked a few more for hair drying and for frequent hand drying. My biggest complaint was the check in process. A few weeks before arrival, I was instructed to download an app that the property uses & was told I would receive all my communication thru the app. We arrived at 1am, followed the app’s directions for check in & ended up having to have the manager of our property called in the middle of the night to assist us. Sue was kind & told me she sent me an email that morning with check in instructions. After searching my inbox, I found the email Sue sent & we proceeded to check in successfully (after wrestling with the lock box for the keys). I’m confused as to why I needed to download an app that didn’t contain any instructions for our stay, nor any check in/check out information. ##### Karen G. The location of the property it’s really convenient nice and quiet. It is very close to the beach and it’s good for kayaking. The property is very clean with three rooms very comfortable beds provided towels and amenities.Kitchen is very clean and has a lot of do you know where pots and pans to use. Access to IVGID beaches is severely limited, and Condo pool and hot tub are not open to renters. You need to change the title of the property to be accurate. Everything is new and well appointed. We loved having the kids upstairs and enjoying the quiet master downstairs and so did they! The location was great for lake access and Diamond Peak skiing.
