The hotel was close to my class. The bed was not comfortable you could feel the springs in the mattress. When i arrived the refrigerator was unplugged and had water all over the place. while plugging it back in i seen flyers and keycards behind the tv stand didnt appear to have been cleaned in a while. Also went and bought air freshener the first day the room had an odd smell.

This hotel is a two star hotel. My daughter and I stayed there for one night for her gymnastics competition. The lobby is a bit Sketchy. But the room we stayed in was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The facility was just what we needed and the rates were reasonable. There was a surprise request for a $50 deposit on check in but it was refundable. My card was credited within a week. The place seemed well run. The desk was helpful and pleasant and the facilities maintained well. Got a needed rest and was ready for the new day.

It was hard to find a parking space with all of the trucks with trailers parked across the parking spaces! The refrigerator was making a very loud squeal on and off all night so I had to unplug it. The remote wouldn’t work but the front desk worker Emily came right away and helped me. It was very convenient to my event so that is a positive!

Our room was not cleaned prior to arrival. We checked into our room and the floors were dirty and there was still food in the fridge from the previous guest.

Loved my stay.
I slept like a freaking corpse. The room was very clean and the staff were exceptional! The pricing was spot on. I give this hotel a 9/10 only cause breakfast was minimal but the food was fresh and the coffee was hot.

I stayed for a Skate competition in the area and my stay was amazing very friendly staff and very clean. The new front desk Staff member, Emily was so helpful, patient and friendly. The stay was better than we could have asked for and we hope to visit again very soon. Only bad thing was the breakfast was the same every day and a little change in foods and flavors would be a nice change to start your day off.

I am the President of the Mill Creek Cross Country Booster Club. Our organization stayed with you just a couple of weeks back and booked another group of rooms for this evening. These rooms were booked in April 2023. We booked a total of nine rooms together. When we arrived at 3pm, only a few of the rooms were ready. We had to send 11 boys to one room to change and leave their items. We departed the hotel at 3:30pm and I was assured that the remaining three rooms would be ready upon our return at 4:45pm. We arrived closer to 5pm and only one was ready. At about 5:10pm another room became ready. It is now 5:25pm and our head coach is still without a room. We need to be reimbursed for at least three rooms at the rate of $115 per room, plus taxes and fees. April Wells made the reservation for the large group of rooms. In addition, myself and another parent had to book our rooms separately from the group. Our rate was significantly higher. We need to be refunded the difference since our rooms had to be used for the teams to change. One reservation is under Cropp and the other under Littleton ($185, plus taxes and fees). We will expect a resolution before we depart tomorrow morning at 6am. It’s now 1:40pm with no response from hotel.

We do apologize for any inconvenience, and we did want to let you know that the head coach's room was discounted for him having to wait so long. This kind of wait is not at all normal for our Hotel, and we understand your frustration. We do strive to serve our guests as hospitably as possible, and agree that this wait was totally unacceptable. Also, we apologize that we did not respond earlier as we have only just now received the review from Expedia.As far as any refunds, or reimbursements you would have to handle that through Expedia. Again, we regret that your experience was not what you have experienced in the past and we hope that we will have the opportunity to offer our very best service to you in the future.

The floors in the room were dirty. The short handicap bar for the shower wasn't attached to the walk and had mold on it. There was mold all along the edge of the shower above my head. The mini fridge was dirty with brown ice in the freezer. The two ladies at the front desk were nice but rooms need a lot of work.

Let me start by saying the staff were great! Our A/C was not working. It was humid as a swamp in our room. They did move us to a new room when we said something and Jeffery was great in dealing with that.
