Footprints at Carrickalinga is set for a perfect holiday escape that caters for all the family including your beloved 4-legged children.
This two-storey brick home can sleep 14 guests and is only a hop, skip and jump from the beach. Footprints at Carrickalinga offer ocean views that are enjoyable any time of the year. This home is located just off Gold Coast Drive and less than 100 meters from the beach.
This home has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 2 living areas.
Upstairs you will find the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining under raked ceilings offering ample space where the natural light is abundant coming in from the North. This living area then opens out to a beautiful, decked balcony offering nice views of the ocean. The second story comes complete with both the Master and Children's bedrooms, which are both large and facing North, again offering nice ocean views. You will also find the family bathroom and separate toilet upstairs.

Downstairs is also very spacious, offering 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with laundry, a separate toilet, and a second open plan living with kitchenette, dining, and games rooms.
Enjoy the outdoors on this large block, it is completely enclosed, sheltered from the wind on all sides and perfect for the children and your welcomed pets! The yard includes a large swing set, netball ring and 10ft trampoline with a high safety net.

In the surroundings enjoy the tranquillity, that is when the soft flutter of native birdlife is scarce, and the gentle sound of crashing waves in the distance settles.
Carrickalinga has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. It is a perfect place for young and old to simply relax and enjoy some quality time away together.
Local activities such as golf, fishing, and diving are very popular in this area. There are also several local wineries boasting stunning wines. A 5-minute drive from Normanville is the Links Lady Bay Golf Course, clubhouse, and restaurant, enjoy a game of golf. Then sit back for a relaxed lunch or dinner. You can also enjoy a horse ride along the beautiful Normanville Beach.

Strictly no parties or large groups are permitted (This home is surrounded by close permanent residents)

Location: One street back from the beach, less than a minute's walk
Bed configuration: Sleeps between 12 - 14 guests (5 bedrooms/2 bathrooms small toddler bath only)
Upstairs: 1st bedroom - 1 x queen-size bed, 2nd bedroom - 2 x bunk beds, 1 x trundle, and x 1 foam fold up mattress
Downstairs: 1st bedroom 1 x queen-size bed, 2nd bedroom 1 x queen-size bed, 3rd bedroom 1 x queen size bed.
Facilities: Upstairs has a large open plan lounge, dining, and kitchen with fridge freezer, electric cooktop, oven, and microwave. Downstairs has a kitchenette with a fridge freezer, cooktop, and oven. Top loader washing machine located in the downstairs bathroom. Porta cot, high chair, baby gate, trampoline, netball ring, and large swing set.

Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers:
Top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat face washer, and T-towel
