Nestled in the heart of a tranquil countryside and just a short walk from the beach, this charming single-storey holiday home offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a dedicated games area, this home comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests and comes with the added convenience of free WiFi.  
At the heart of the home is a bright, open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area, ideal for gathering with family and friends. Step outside into the private, sun-drenched garden or enjoy the undercover entertaining area where you can sip your morning coffee or dine al fresco. The converted garage is a paradise for the kids, offering a games room equipped with a pool table, table tennis, darts, and a TV.  
Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat to reconnect with nature or a cosy getaway to create lasting memories with loved ones, this property has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The soothing sound of distant waves adds to the serene atmosphere.  
Located in Carrickalinga, this home is surrounded by the stunning coastline of the Fleurieu Peninsula, where rolling hills meet the sea. It’s the ideal spot for guests of all ages to unwind, relax, and enjoy quality time together.  
  
Location A couple of streets back from the beach.  
Bed Configuration: 4 bedrooms – 2 X Queen, 2 x Singles, 1 x Tri-Bunk.  
Bathrooms: Ensuite to include shower, wc and vanity. Main bathroom to include bathtub with shower, vanity and wc.   
Facilities: Kitchen, laundry, BBQ, Outdoor shower.   
Features/Entertainment: Flat screen smart tv, Wifi, table tennis table, pool table, darts board, coffee machine - K-Fee pod machine   
Heating/Cooling: Reverse cycle air conditioning in living area and ceiling fans.  
Pets: Pets are strictly upon application - Pet bond will be applied   
Fenced: Enclosed front and backyard.  
Cleaning: Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, and will be incorporated in to the rental fee.  
Bedding: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided.  
Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, OR Guests can hire linen packages through our Fleurieu Accommodation/Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential).  
Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers: Top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat face washer, and T-towel
